​APRIL BIRTHDAY MAIN MEAL OFFER:

Celebrate a birthday in April, 2015 to receive one (1) complimentary main meal in any Treasury Casino & Hotel (Treasury) restaurant to the value of $40.

Conditions of Offer

1. The Birthday Main Meal Offer will commence at 12.01am on Wednesday 1 April and conclude at 11.59pm on Thursday 30 April, 2015.  (Offer Period). All times are listed in Australian Eastern Standard Time.

2. The offer will be announced on the Facebook Page of Treasury.
 
3. Participation in the offer is open to all persons who:
a.  are 18 years of age or older;
b. are not the subject of an exclusion direction or self-exclusion order pursuant to the Casino Control Act 1982 (Qld); and
c. are not the subject of a Withdrawal of Licence (WOL) from Jupiters Hotel & Casino Gold Coast or Treasury Casino & Hotel Brisbane.
d. Have a birthday in April.
 
4. The offer is subject to the following conditions:
a. The offer is subject to availability, change or cancellation.
b. Offer available for redemption on the person’s birthday only.
c. The offer is valid for a single use only.
d. The person must present valid photo identification to the cashier to redeem offer. Forms of acceptable identification include:
         i. Driver’s License
         ii. 18+ Card
         iii. Passport
e. Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
f. Offer is available in any restaurant at Treasury.
g. Not available on takeaway or display cabinet items in outlets
h. Voucher is not available for use during special events or with special menus.
i. Offer is not transferable and not redeemable for cash or any other offer.
 
People who meet the above conditions and continue to satisfy the conditions during the Offer Period are referred to as an “Eligible Guest” and will be entitled to redeem this offer.
 
The Offer
5.  Eligible Guests will be entitled to one (1) main meal in any Treasury Casino & Hotel restaurant to the maximum value of $40. 
 
6. An Eligible Guest can redeem this offer by presenting one form of valid photo identification to the restaurant cashier upon payment of the bill. For valid forms of photo identification see Condition 4.

8. Participation in the offer indicates acceptance of the terms and conditions governing the offer. These terms and conditions will be available at treasurybrisbane.com. au throughout the Offer Period.
 
9. Directors, management and employees of the Echo Entertainment Group of companies (including any related body corporate as defined in the Corporations Act 2001) and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in this offer. For the purposes of this clause, ‘immediate families’ of an employee means the person’s spouse and family members residing at the same premises as the employee. The Echo Entertainment Group comprises, but is not limited to the businesses of The Star, Jupiters Hotel & Casino and Treasury Casino & Hotel.
