Terms and Conditions

    These Terms and Conditions of entry for the "Win A Holiday in Fiji" (the Promotion), including information on how to participate, information for promotion associated functions and prize details form the entire terms and conditions of this promotion (Terms and Conditions). It's the responsibility of the entrant to read and fully understand the Terms and Conditions of this promotion and entry is deemed full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    The Promoter is Adine Pty Ltd. The Promoter may be contacted via e-mail at info@bottlepops.com. The Promoter may promote itself as 'Bottlepops'. The Promotion will be open from 8:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) 15/03/2015 and end at 11:59pm AEST on 10/04/2015 (Promotional Period).

 Eligibility

    Entry into "Win A Holiday in Fiji" is only for Bottlepop customers aged 18 years and over.
    Entrant must also be living in Australia.
    Employees (and their Immediate Families) of the Promoter and third parties associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
    To enter the the "Win A Holiday in Fiji" draw, the entrant must have purchased any of our Bottlepops during the Promotional Period.
    The Promoter has the right to promote this competition through any channel, i.e. www.bottlepops.com website, media, social media platforms, etc. However the only way an entrant can enter the promotion draw ("Win A Holiday in Fiji") is through purchases made through www.bottlepops.com (website) during the Promotional Period.
    The Entrant is eligible to make multi purchases via www.bottlepops.com website to increase their chances of winning during the Promotional Period.
    For every Bottlepop purchased by the Entrant, he or she will receive the equivalent number of entries into the ("Win A Holiday in Fiji") draw.(Promotional Draw)
    Entrants who have purchased Bottlepop(s) during the promotional period have the opportunity to gain ten (10) each entries into the (Promotional Draw) should they upload a video showing a Bottlepop in use to our Facebook account or Twitter account

    An entry will be deemed INVALID if it:
        If your payment is INCOMPLETE
        If your payment and/or video upload have not been submitted before or after the Promotional Period
        If the video is not your own digital work
        Should the video contain anything that is sexually explicit, violent, derogatory of any ethnic, race, gender, religious, professional or age group, which violates any law, or which communities a messages inconsistent with the positive good will to which we wish to associate
        Should the Entrant purchase a Bottlepop from any location other then www.bottlepops.com website
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected entires including delays in the posting of videos due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.
    Any cost associated with accessing www.bottlepops.com website and/or Facebook Page and/or Twitter account to participate in the Promotion it's the Entrant's responsibility. Costs associated are dependent on the Internet Service Provider used.
    This promotion is no way sponsored, endorsed or administrated by, or associated with, Facebook or Twitter. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to the Promoter. The information the Entrant provides will only be used for the purposes outlined in these terms and conditions. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Promoter and not Facebook and/or Twitter.
    The Promoter, Radisson Blu Resort, Facebook and Twitter will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury that is suffered or sustained by the Entrant, as a result of participation in the promotion (including taking/using the prize), except for the liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Validity of Entries

    The Promoter reserves the right at any time:
        to verify the validity of the entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence); and
        to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry/voting process.
    The Promoter reserves the right at any time to:
        INVALIDATE any entries which it reasonably suspects have been submitted:
        using false, incorrect, fraudulent or misleading information, including but not limited to personal details and incorrect information; and/or
        through the use of multiple identities, email addresses, or accounts, including but not limited to social networking accounts
        DISQUALIFY any person, and prohibit that persons further participation in this competition who:
            tampers with or benefits with any tampering with the entry process or any tampering with the competition; or
            acts in violation of these conditions; or
            acts in disruptive manner; or
            acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person.
    All entries become the property of The Promoter.
    The Promoter agrees to use and handle private information solely for the purposes of this competition. The Promoter will not disclose any private information to any third parties.
    The Promoter may use the winner's personal information for the issuing of competition prize.
    No further use of private information will be used without prior consent form the entrant.

 Prize Draw Details

    The Prize Draw will take place at 6pm on at 14/04/2015 at Bottlepops head office.
    The Promoter may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

 Winner Announcement

    The competition winners will be notified via telephone within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw to discuss delivery of prize and their name will be published on the bottlepops.comwebsite and Facebook page from 14/04/15 to 31/05/15. A letter confirming all prize details will be supplied to the winner.
    A re-draw of the Prize Draw, if unclaimed will take place on 01/06/15 at the same time and place as the original Prize Draw. The subsequent new winner, if applicable, will be notified in writing within two (2) business days of the Prize Draw to discuss delivery of prize and their name will be published on www.bottlepops.com website and Facebook Page form (date to date). A letter confirming all prize details will be supplied to the winner.

Winner Prize Details

    The first valid entry will win:
        A holiday valued at AU$3000 (inc. GST) for two (2) people to Fiji consisting of:
            Three (3) nights accommodation in a lagoon view guest room at the Radisson Blu Resort Fiji, Denaru Island
            Return airfares to Fiji (Nadi) from any these major city airports Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Darwin for two adults
            Complimentary daily buffet breakfast
            Transfers included

Holiday in Fiji Prize Conditions

    The Winner and traveling companion must travel at the same time and must depart form the same departure point.
    Both the Winner and traveling companion are responsible for transport from/to their residence to/from the flight departure point in our pervious listed major Australian city airports.
    Both the Winner and their companion are responsible for all out of pocket and additional expenses not stated in these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to spending money, meals, drinks, airport arrival/departure transfers, laundry chargers, any activities, incidentals, taxes (excluding departure and associated taxes that are included in the price), energy surcharges, gratuities, service charges, passports, travel insurance, and any other ancillary costs.
    It is each traveller's personal responsibility that they have valid documentation, including but not limited to valid passports and visas, of immigration and other government authorities at your destination.
        Any fines, penalties, payments, or expenditures incurred as a result of such a documents not being meeting the requirements of those authorises will be the sole responsibility of the traveller/s.
    The airline to be used will be selected by the Promoter in its absolute discretion
    The Promoter and all associated agencies, make no representation as to the safety, conditions, or other issues that may exist at any destination.
    In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspended the promotion or suspend or modify a holiday package, subject to any written directions from relevant regulatory authority.
    Raddison Blu Resort Fiji accommodation is subject to availability (Blackout Dates apply)
        The prize winner voucher for the Raddison Blu Resort Fiji is non transferable, non refundable, and non redeemable for cash.
        The original gift winning certificate must be presented upon arrival.
        The certificate date of expiry is 20-12-2015

General

    The Promoters decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate and cooperate as required with all responsible media editorial requests relating to the prize.
    The prize, or any portion of the prize, are non transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash, unless otherwise specified.
    If the winner of a prize, for any reason, is unable to take part or participate in the prize (or an element of the prize) at/by the date/time stipulated by the promoter, then that prize (or element of the prize) will be forfeited. Cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize or element thereof.
    Unless expressly stated as included in these terms and conditions, all expenses associated with taking the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.
    The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in its absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize.
    Prize values are based on the recommended retail price at the time of the advertisement. The promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate prize redemption date.
    Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against the additional costs incurred in the event of unforeseen circumstances (and is payable by the winner and their companion/s).
