Easter Jump Competition

1.Promotion Description: By participating in this game of skill competition, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Promoter and Sponsor being JUMP STAR TRAMPOLINES. The Promoter will be responsible for ensuring the winner receives their prize(s).
2. Facebook Disclaimer: Entrants should understand that they are providing their information to the Sponsor and not to Facebook. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.
3. Dates: starts Thursday 2nd April 2015 at 18.00pm and ends Wednesday 8th April 2015 at 11.59pm WST time.
4. The Prize: Jump Star Trampolines (the sponsor) will provide to one winner: The prize of $100 worth of Lego will be awarded as a direct deposit of cash into the winners nominated bank account or Paypal account. Proof of this transaction will also be emailed to the winner.
5. This promotion is only open to new and existing Facebook fans of Jump Star Trampolines www.facebook.com/JumpStarTrampolines
6. By entering this promotion, entrants give permission for images and videos submitted as entries to become the property of Jump Star Trampolines. These images may be used in our future promotional campaigns, marketing, graphics and on our Facebook page.
7. The winner, in accepting the prize, agrees to having his or her name published on the participating Facebook pages of the competition. He or she will also agree to responding to the posts congratulating the winner
8. This competition is open to legal residents of Australia.

Limitation of Liability: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Trade Promotion Lottery or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the processing of submissions in the competition and/or selection process. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any misdirected or lost mail, or any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay of operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries.

10. The prize will be drawn at Jump Star Trampolines, 357 Sevenoaks street, Cannington WA 6107 at 10am WST on Thursday 9th April 2015. Entries will be judged on creativity and merit. Winner will be contacted via Facebook-registered email or by email address provided. The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize.
11. Should the prize remain unclaimed, a re-draw will occur at Jump Star Trampolines, 357 Sevenoaks street, Cannington WA 6107 at 10am WST on Saturday 11th April 2015. The re-draw winner will be announced on www.facebook.com/JumpStarTrampolines on the same date.
