    Every person who newly subscribes to OK! magazine during the promotional period via a direct debit/auto renewal subscription will be charged $38.25 every 13 issues and then an automatic payment of $38.25 ever 13 issues thereafter. Please refer to the Direct Debit Service Agreement attached at www.magshop.com.au/direct-debit and retain a copy for your records.

    Direct debit and auto renewal subscriptions can only be cancelled after a minimum of 2 months (9 issues).
    Participants under eighteen (18) years old must have parental/guardian approval to take part in the promotion and further, the parent/guardian of the participant must read and consent to these Terms and Conditions. Parents/guardians may be required by the Promoter to enter into a further agreement as evidence of consent to the minor taking part in the promotion.
    Every person who newly subscribes or renews their subscription to OK! Magazine during the Promotional Period and elects to receive a three (3) month subscription (13 issues) will be eligible to receive the gift as defined in clause 7 below. Subscribers should allow four (4) to six (6) weeks for the delivery of their first issue of OK! Magazine (from the date of subscription).
    The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time after two (2) months by giving one (1) month’s notice. For the sake of clarity, if a subscriber elects to cancel their subscription after their second month of the subscription, they will be charged for (and receive OK! Magazine Issues for) a total of three (3) months (13 Issues in total). The total charge for the minimum three (3) month period will be $38.25.
    If there is a dispute as to the identity of a subscriber, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the subscriber.
    Every new or renewed subscription (3 months) made during the Promotional Period, will deem the subscriber eligible to receive the gift of SKINS A200 Compression 3/4 Tights- Double Denim valued at $129.99.
    Subscribers should allow six (6) to eight ( weeks for the delivery of their gift (from the date of subscription).
    If any gift is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute a gift with a gift to the equal value and/or specification.

If the subscription is a gift, the donor (i.e. person buying the subscription) will receive the gift. Gift will be delivered to the gift donor delivery address stipulated on the subscription.

    By subscribing to this Bauer Media magazine title, the subscriber acknowledges and understands that ‘tip ons’ and gifts that may be available with non-subscriber copies may not be provided with subscriber copies, depending on the sole discretion of Bauer Media Ltd. This means the gifts that are attached to in-store copies will not be available to subscription copies each week. Subscription to OK!     If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any participant; or (b) to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

    The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors and service providers. Participation in the promotion is conditional on providing this information.
    By subscribing to this Bauer Media magazine title and providing their email address, the subscriber consents, for an indefinite period unless otherwise advised, to receipt of any email (or other form of communication) regarding the magazine title, and other emails (or other forms of communication) which inform the subscriber of the Promoter’s other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of subscriptions and participants (including a subscriber’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the offer. Errors and omissions will be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
