2015 Canungra Show Competition to Win A Family Pass

2015 Canungra Show – 1x Family Pass to the 2015 Canungra Show.

The Canungra Show is one of the greatest country shows around and caters for all ages. Coming into its 77th year, the Canungra Show is an integral part of the Canungra social scene and provides a chance for locals to catch up with each other, make new friends with people from further afield and display their talents in some of the many ring events and pavillions.

The range of activities and rides and the close proximity of the attractions make it a great show for young children.

There is something for everyone at the Canungra Show.

For your chance to win one Family Pass to the 2015 Canungra Show, tell us in 25 words or less what is the best part of the Canungra Show and Why.

The judges will be the committee of the Canungra AH&I Society and will be looking for the most creative and funny idea.

The competition runs from July 1 2015 until August 2 2015 so be sure to get your entries in and tell your friends. All terms and conditions can be seen at the bottom of this page.

Terms and Conditions

Prizes:

    Prize: 1x Family Pass. 1 only Family Pass (2 adults and 2 children) to the 2015 Canungra Show.
    Total prize value: $35.

Conditions:

    Entry for the prize is via an online entry form accessible at  www.canungrashowsociety.org
    Only one entry per person is permitted for the Prize.
    The entry form will require the entrant’s name, email address and 25 words or less answer.
    The Prize winners will be selected at random by Canungra AH&I Society Committee.
    The Prize winners will be announced at 6:30pm AEST on 06/08/2015.
    The Prize winners will be notified by email and the winner will be announced on Facebook and Twitter.
    The promotional period commences at 1 am AEST on 1/07/15 and final entries close at Midnight AEST on 02/08/15(“Promotional Period”).
    Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
    The promoter is Canungra AH&I Society of PO Box 47, Canungra QLD 4275(“Promoter”).
    Information regarding how to enter, how to claim and details of prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these conditions of entry.
    Entry is only open to Australian permanent residents aged 10 years or over, excluding the directors, management and employees of the Promoter and its related companies and agencies (and their immediate families).
    Incomplete or indecipherable answers by entrants will be deemed invalid. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding on every participant. No correspondence will be entered into.
    The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.  In the event that an error occurs, the Promoter accepts no responsibility for costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences.  The winner of the prize must notify the Promoter if their contact details change during the Promotional Period.
    The Promoter may require winners to validate their details at any time prior to being eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity and residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
    If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any written directions of any relevant authority.
    The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify entry from any person, and prohibit that person’s further participation in this Promotion, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the process or the operation of the Promotion, acts in violation of these terms and conditions, acts in a disruptive manner, or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
    In the event the prize winner does not accept or if the prize is returned to the Promotor within 3 days of the completion of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize.
    The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promotion and/or any aspect of any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
    Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any damage in transfer of prizes.
    The Promoter and their associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. Where the operation of the competition results in, for GST purposes, supplies being made for non-monetary consideration, entrants agree to follow the Australian Taxation Office’s stated view that where the parties are at arm’s length, goods and services exchanged are of equal GST inclusive market values.
    All entries will be the property of the Promoter. The information selected entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion and to contact entrants that have opted in for offers and promotions or information regarding the Promoter’s products or those of its promotional partners or associated companies and agencies. The Promoter may disclose selected entrants’ personal information to its contractors and agents to assist in conducting this Promotion or communicating with selected entrants and to State and Territory lottery departments and winners’ names may be published as required under the relevant legislation. The Promoter is bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988. By contacting the Promoter, entrants can request access to the personal information the Promoter holds about them and/or request not to be contacted by the Promoter and/or its associated companies or agencies for marketing purposes.
    The promoter reserves the right to use winner’s names, addresses and photographs for promotional purposes. All entries remain the property of the promoter.
