Instructions on “How to Enter” and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 21 years and over, who have a valid/current Australian Driver’s licence held for at least one (1) year. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

Incomplete, indecipherable, or illegible entries will be deemed invalid.

The Competition commences on 11 April 2015 at 0:01am (AEST) and closes on 25 October 2015 at 23:59pm (AEDST). The draw will take place at 11.00am (AEST) on 1 December 2015 at Storacall Technology LTD T/a X-on, 7 Salamander Court, Mermaid Waters, QLD 4218. The winner will be notified by email using the contact details given in their entry within seven (7) days of the draw. The winner’s name will be published in the public notices section of The Australian Newspaper on 10 December 2015.

Entrants must during the promotional period go to www.turu.com.au/winaholiday and follow the prompts to the competition page and fill in the entry form including their full name and current email address and submit the entry as instructed.

The first (1) valid drawn entry from all valid entries received during the entire promotional period and will be deemed the major prize winner and will win:

Rental of One (1) x Britz camper for seven (7) nights and eight ( Cool

days valued at up to $1700.00
Seven (7) x nights powered site accommodation valued at $350.00 (price valued for two (2) adults and two (2) children) at the following sites:
Two (2) x nights at Kangaroo Valley Tourist Park
Two (2) x nights at Huskisson White Sands Tourist Park
Three (3) x nights at Ulladulla Headland Tourist Park.
Total prize package valued at up to $2,050 (AUD) (including GST). Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included. These are the responsibility of the winner.

The prize must be redeemed in full and as a package by 1 December 2016. All components of the prize are subject to availability at the time of booking. The prize is subject to blackout periods including: 15 December 2015 to 31 January 2016, October 2016 long weekend, Easter 2016, all NSW school holidays in 2016.

The Britz camper vehicle includes: Liability Reduction 2– nil excess, Pre-purchase Gas, Picnic table and chairs, Baby/booster seats if required. Fuel and other extras are not included. If winner wishes to add extra rental days to the prize, please note that the bonus pack / premium package will apply to these additional days and this cost will be the responsibility of the winner. An alternative liability reduction option for these extra days cannot be selected.The prize excludes a refundable Vehicle Security Deposit of AU$220 (2WD), which is payable by credit card on collection of the vehicle. This component of the prize is subject to availability at time of booking.

The winner must be over 21 years of age with a full valid/current driver’s licence held for at least one (1) year.

In the event that at the time of booking one of the mentioned tourist parks (as stipulated in clause 7 does not have availability at time of travel, the accommodation may be taken at another Holiday Haven Tourist Park. This component of the prize is valid for up four (4) persons on site. Additional persons to a maximum of two (2) people will be charged to the winner at the advertised “extra persons” price for that particular park. If the winner chooses to upgrade to a powered ensuite site, they will be charged the difference between the cost of a powered site and an ensuite site.

Prize does not include transfers to and from the winner’s place of residence to the Britz pickup point. These costs are the responsibility of the winner.

Redemption of prizes is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. Prizes do not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize.

The winner (and their companions) are responsible for all other expenses including spending money, meals (unless specified), drinks, transfers (unless specified), laundry charges, activities (unless specified), incidentals, energy surcharges, gratuities, travel insurance, services charges and all other ancillary costs.

It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be requested to present their credit card or a cash deposit upon arrival at any accommodation to cover all incidentals they may incur during their stay.

Transport to and from Departure point including but not limited to additional Domestic airfares if required, any additional meals, any extra sightseeing or activities, any additional accommodation, personal spending money, and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companions. Prize also excludes medical expenses, items of a personal nature, beverages, optional tours not outlined, laundry, telephone calls, additional nights, room upgrades or other ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize other than those specified. These costs and expenses are the responsibility of the winner. Any extension to the duration of the prize is at the winner’s sole expense and subject to availability at the time of booking.

Prize must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other special offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass/ letter, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass/ letter. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass/ letter that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way. Redemption of the prize subject to the standard terms and conditions and guidelines of the accommodation venue and the activity service provider. Failure to follow the standard rules and guidelines presented will result in the winner forfeiting their right to participate in the said activity.

All elements of the prize are subject to availability with no cash alternative and the prize package is non-transferable and non-refundable. Winner(s) cannot change, vary, substitute or extend any element of the prize (in whole or in part)As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner (and their companions) must sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.

General:

If necessary, a draw for the prize, should it remain unclaimed, may take place on 1 March, 2016 at 11.00am (AEDST), at Bauer Trader 73 Atherton Road Oakleigh, VIC 3166. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing using the contact details given in their entry. The winner’s name will be published in the public notices section of the Australian on 3rd March, 2016.

The Prize value is correct as at the date of printing. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for change in prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the prize is taken.

In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize.

In the event that a prize, or part of a prize, is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize or part of the prize in its discretion with an alternative prize or part of the prize to the same and equal recommended retail value and/or specification subject to any written directions from the various Lottery Departments.

The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late lost or misdirected mail (including but not limited to prizes).

Method of validation (without limitation) will be determined by the Promoter in its complete discretion. If the winning entry is deemed to be a winner, the winner will be notified as per the terms and conditions herein.
