Nominator will be contacted by Campaigns to arrange the delivery of the prize to the workplace/home of the person they have nominated.

The nominator must provide details of the nominated at time of contact, and cannot choose to keep the Spicers getaway for themselves at time of notification.
One may nominate their married partners, defactos, and partners


and take part in the use of the prize.
When the nominator is contacted, they must provide the details including the general whereabouts of the nominated during business hours. The 97.3fm Street Team will coordinate with the nominator, a means of presenting this prize to the nominated in a surprise fashion. Audio of this unfolding may be recorded. Participants will be asked to sign an indemnity form and this audio may potentially be used for creative purposes.
The winner of this prize is not eligible to win further Spicers Room for Romance competitions should they be successful in this 97.3fm lead competition. The nominator is eligible to enter and win in further competitions, so long as they did not take part in the prize won with 97.3fm.
