Competition Terms & Conditions

    Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    Entry is only open to residents of Queensland, aged 18 years or over with a valid Queensland CRN (driver's license number).
    Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
    Promotion commences at 9.00AM AEST on Wednesday 22/04/2015 and ends at 1:00PM AEST on Thursday 28/05/2015 ("Promotional Period").
    The winner will be the first valid entry submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions that is drawn by Publicis Red Lion Pty Limited trading as Publicis Personalised Plates by random computer selection at 4:00PM on 28/05/14 at Level 1, 164 Grey South Bank, QLD 4101.
    To enter, individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:

        input all of the mandatory details (including first name, last name, valid email address and phone number, post code, sex, date of birth and answering vehicle related question).

        successfully submitting the fully completed entry form.
    Bonus entries are available for this competition immediately after submission of the completed entry form. Entrants will be able to receive one (1) bonus entry for completion of each of the below:

The original entrant will be awarded one (1) bonus entry into the draw for each of their referred friends (up to a maximum of five (5)) who enter the competition. The email address provided by the original entrant (for their friend) must match the email address provided by their referred friend on entry, for the original entrant to be awarded a bonus entry ("Refer a Friend" mechanic) Entrants should only nominate friends, family, colleagues and other individuals who they have a direct relationship with, and who consent to receiving these types of messages.
        Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

    For the sake of clarity, an entrant will receive one (1) entry for validly completing the entry form, and may receive up to five (5) bonus entries via the Refer a Friend mechanic; up to (1) bonus entry for sharing via Facebook, up to (2) bonus entries by following/liking PPQ's Facebook & Instagram social media accounts. Maximum entries per valid email address is nine (9).
    The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
    If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.
    The winner will be notified by telephone and email.

    If the winner lives outside of the greater Brisbane area and needs to travel via air to claim the prize and attend the Holden State Of Origin Game 3 at Suncorp Stadium, The Promoter will cover up to $200 worth of travel expenses via a $200 Visa Load&Go gift card.
    The winner may select a set of Personalised Plates to the maximum value of $495, plate combination subject to availability.
    The personalised plate combination content selected by the winner (i.e. numbers and letters combined) ("Content"), is subject to availability and approval by the Promoter. If no option for the final Content can be agreed on between the Promoter and winner, the Promoter will make the final determination as to the Content, and no correspondence will be entered into.

    The ‘meet & greet' with Cameron Smith will be scheduled by Cameron Smith's management team on a date/time that suits Cameron's schedule. The meet & greet will occur in Brisbane, location to be advised by Cameron Smith's management.
    In the event the 'meet & greet' with Cameron Smith is unable to occur due to but not limited to; illness, contract obligations or natural causes, an alternate time will be arranged after Wednesday July 8th, 2015.
    By attending the 2015 State of Origin Game 3 at Suncorp Stadium on Wednesday July 8, 2015, the prize winner and their companion accept the Terms and Conditions of Entry to Suncorp Stadium, available at www.suncorpstadium.com.au/Event_Info/Terms_and_Conditions.aspx
    Notwithstanding the above, the Personalised Plate Content must not be deemed by the Promoter to be inappropriate, derogatory, obscene, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive or racist in nature or promote a criminal organisation or behaviour. For the sake of clarity, where the number plate elected by a winner contains a mix of numbers and words (with the numbers resembling letters), if such Content is inappropriate, the Promoter will not allow such number plate to be produced for the winner.
    The winner/s (and their companion/s) is/are responsible for all other expenses including meals (unless specified), transfers (unless specified), and all other ancillary costs not outlined in these terms and conditions.
    The prize is not transferrable and is for the specified dates of the event only. If the winner (for whatever reason) is unable to travel or does not take an element of the prize within the time stipulated by the Promoter then the prize will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the Major Prize. Promoter makes no representations or warranties about the attendance at the event of any individuals or groups involved in the marketing of the event.
    State of Origin Game 3 is licensed to serve alcoholic beverages. The Promoter supports the responsible service and consumption of alcohol, legal aged consumers who enter this promotion should be advised to consider the safe drinking levels recommended in the National Health and Medical Research Council Australian Alcohol Guidelines that are available at: http://www.alcohol.gov.au/. Participation in this promotion is subject to relevant liquor legislation in each State, Territory or Country, including responsible service of alcohol.
    Subject to the unclaimed prize draw clause, if for any reason a winner does not claim a prize by the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited.
    If a prize is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification.
    Total prize pool value is up to $3,352.80 (incl. GST).
    Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
    A draw for any prizes, if unclaimed by 5:00PM on 01/06/15, may take place at 9:00AM on 02/06/15 at the same time and place as the original draws. The winner/s, if any, will be notified by phone.
    Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

    As a condition of accepting a prize, each winner may be required to sign any legal documentation as and in the form required by the Promoter and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form. If a winner is under the age of 18, the winner's nominated parent/legal guardian will be required to sign any legal documentation on the winner's behalf.
    The Promoter collects personal information ("PI") in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, prize suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities.
