Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry into this promotion is deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
3. The competition commences on 15 May 2015 and closes at 5:00pm EST on 18 May 2015.

5. Employees and immediate family members of the promoter, promotional partners, their affiliated companies and persons under 18 years of age are ineligible to enter.
6. This promotional lottery is being conducted in accordance with the guidelines prescribed by the Laws and Acts of QLD, under promotional lottery guidelines.
7. The Prize pool consists of 1 Travel package to the Gold Coast to the value of $3,000. The travel package is for 2 adults and 2 children.
8. The prize includes return economy airfare for 2 adults and 2 children from Cairns to Brisbane; 3 Night Accommodation in a 4 Star Resort; four day Hire Car; 2 Adult and 2 Children day passes to Dreamworld or a dinner voucher to equal value.
9. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash and are subject to availability. The Prize must be redeemed within 2 years from final draw date and all flights and bookings will be arranged and booked via Flight Centre Travel’s Travel Manager Julia Chambers. Telephone 1300 274 927.
10. The Prize does not include any other transfer or expenses incurred from any other State or Territory to the major city Airport. The prize does not include any additional spending money. Any travel insurance is the responsibility of the prize winner.
11. Draw date for the prize is 18 May 2015.
12. The draw will take place at 3:30pm EST at Corner Severin Street & Mugrave Road, Cairns QLD 4870. The Winner will be determined by a random draw of all entries and in the presence of an independent witness. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within two days of the draw on 18 May 2015 and published on the promoters website at http://www.wealthbuildaustralia.com.au for a period of not less than 28 days.
13. In the event of any prize not being accepted or claimed and due to event dates the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a further draw, in the presence of an independent witness at 4pm, on 18 August 2015 at the promoter’s office, Suite 27, 42 Bundall Rd Bundall 4217 Q. The Winner will be determined by a random draw of all entries, in the presence of an independent witness. The winner will be notified by telephone and in writing within two days of each draw and published on the promoters website at http://www.wealthbuildaustralia.com.au for a period of not less than 28 days.
14. All entries become the property of the promoter. Neither the sponsors nor any of the agents are responsible for lost, late, damaged, misdirected, incomplete or illegible entries.
15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with taking any prize or using any prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).

As a condition of entering this promotion, an Entrant consents to the Promoter using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing this promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned because of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion, subject to any written directions under applicable State legislation.

The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
