1.   Promotional Period

         1.1The promoter is the Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc. ABN85545841830.

1.2The promotion commences at 10am on Friday 1st of May 2015 and closes at 5.00pm at the final prize draw on Sunday 28th June 2015 .

1.3The promotion shall be known as “SAFE BUSTER” where members can win various cash prizes.

 

2.            Eligibility

2.1Entrants must be over 18 years of age and current 2015 Financial members of the Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc and Patrons who have been suspended or excluded from the Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc. are not eligible to participate.

2.2Non financial members of the Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc, Board of Directors, management and employees of the Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc and related corporations including their advertising agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the promotion or win, and Immediate families include Partners by marriage or de facto and children of whom all reside in the same dwelling.

 

3.         Entry

3.1Members of the Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc who place their membership cards into any poker machine and get a $10 or more win will receive one (1) entry into the MAXGAMING Virtual Entry Barrel during the hours detailed within the promotion period.

3.2Any member who makes a purchase of $10 or more in the Bars, Bottle Shop, Restaurant, and Coffee Shop and has their Membership Card swiped by a staff member shall receive one (1) entry automatically into our MAXGAMING Virtual Entry Barrel during the hours detailed within the promotion period.

3.3  The entries will be collected in our MAXGAMING Virtual Barrel every hour of every promotion day.

3.4  There is no limit to the number of entries a member can collect. 

 

4.         Prize Giveaway
         4.1During the Promotion period on Tuesdays, Thursdays from 10am to 10pm and Sunday

                      afternoons from 2pm to 5pm the host will conduct 10 random draws on each day.

                      4.2 For all draws the names called out have one (1) minute to present themselves to be

                       declared a Winner. They will be asked to meet the host with identification as per Nos 6.1 &  6.2.

4.3Members must be present to win.

4.4If the name is unclaimed, the promotions host shall conduct redraws.

4.5The member once drawn out can then try and open the safe on display to win $100,000.

       The member enters his/her guess at the five (5) digit code that opens the Safe. The SAFE BUSTER prize of $100,000 is won if the five (5) digits entered match in exact sequence the pre-selected 5 digit winning combination that opens the safe.

4.6 If they are unsuccessful they shall receive $20 and a letter that makes them eligible to participate in the Major Draw. The member's name will be entered in the Major Draw Database and the member will be invited back on Sunday 31st May or 28th June.

5            Major Draw

5.1  On Sunday the 31st May 2015 and Sunday 28th July 2015 at 5.30pm, ten (10) contestants on each day, will be chosen by a random draw from the Major Draw Database ?? of all members who have received a letter as detailed in No. 4.5

5.2  The selected names and membership numbers will be announced at the main draw location via the public address system at the Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc. The 10 members drawn will be asked to meet the host with identification as per Nos 6.1 & 6.2.

5.3 The Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc cannot guarantee that announcements can be heard in all parts of The Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc.

5.4Those 10 members will then in order of being called out, have another chance at opening the Safe, and also choose one of ten (10) envelopes that will contain a Money amount and will be awarded that Money Amount as their prize.

5.5The money amounts in the ten (10) envelopes will be $2000, $1000, $300, $100, $100, $100, $50, $50, $50 & $50.

 

6            Identification

6.1The selected member must present themselves to an Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc representative at the main draw location within one (1) minute of their name being announced and must produce their membership card and one (1) form of valid photographic identification or their membership card and two (2) other forms of valid identification, acceptable to the Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc, to claim the prize.

6.2The Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc reserves the right to waive or vary the identification requirements in circumstances where the identity of a selected member is determinable without the assistance of a membership card or other form of identification.

 

7             Prizes

            7.1  If the Safe is opened at any time during the promotion period and the SAFE BUSTER prize

                  of $100,000 has been won, the Promotion will end  immediately.   

7.2  Photographs and models used and shown are representational only.

 

8         General

8.1The Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc reserves the right to cancel or change the prizes offered under this promotion if there are any changes to the law, which would or might render the promotion or any prizes offered under the promotion unlawful.

8.2The decisions of the management of the Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc are final.

8.3  No correspondence will be entered into.

8.4  The Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc is not liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered by any person in connection with the promotion.

8.5 Participation in the promotion confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions governing membership to The Ipswich Jets Rugby Leagues Club Inc.

8.6Should the winner consent to having their photograph taken, they consent to having their    name and photograph published in any form of media and agree to participate in any  reasonable promotion requested by The Ipswich Jets Rugby League Football Club Inc

8.7 This Promotion is also covered by Terms and Conditions of Sports & Event Promotions of which a copy will accompany these T & Cs. We don't need this, it can be deleted

8.8  A copy of the terms and conditions governing the promotion can be perused from reception at the Ipswich Jets Rugby Leagues Football Club Inc throughout the promotion period.
