GAME OF SKILL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“THE RULES”)
1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Conditions of Entry.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, and their immediate families and all companies and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Entrants under 18 must seek parental or legal guardian consent to enter.
3. Promotion commences on Monday 25th May 2015 at 12:00 AEST and closes on Sunday 31st May 2015 at 23:59 AEST. Judging will take place at Promoter’s premises 24 Artarmon Road, Willoughby NSW 2068 on Monday 1st June 2015 at 09:00 AEST. The winners will be notified by phone and mail using the contact details given in their entry.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at anytime, during, or after the closing date of the promotion, to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process (including but not limited to tampering by way of the utilisation of techniques designed to avoid the payment of call costs or the utilisation of automated entry software) or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Con ditions of Entry. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
5. To enter, individuals must:

iii) They must include their full name, address, daytime contact number and submit the fully completed entry form as instructed.
AND the entry must not be, without limitation:
a) late;
b) delayed;
c) incomplete;
d) incomprehensible; e) unlawful;
f) obscene;
g) defamatory;
h) discriminatory;
i) libelous;
j) threatening;
k) pornographic;
l) harassing;
m) hateful;
n) racially or ethnically offensive;
o) capable of encouraging of conduct that would be considered a criminal offence; p) capable of violating any law;

Multiple entries permitted but each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements.
The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for late, lost or misdirected entries. Incomplete, inaudible or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.
All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.
The first ten (10) valid entry drawn from all entries received during the promotional period will be deemed the major prize winner and will receive:
1 x Bryce Courtenay ‘The Last Class’ DVD valued at $20.00
The total prize pool for the entire promotional period is $200.00
11. Prize does not include travel to and from the event, spending money, all other meals and beverages (unless specified above), and or ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize. These are the responsibility of the winner.
12. In the event that for any reason whatsoever the Winner does not take the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter, then the prize will be forfeited by the Winner and cash will not be awarded in lieu of the prize. No tickets for any other game will be awarded. All prizes must be taken as offered. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize is not valid in conjunction with any other offer. The prize is valued in Australian dollars. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winners are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of their prize. In the event that a portion of the prize is awarded to the winner in the form of a voucher / ticket / pass/ online, redemption of that portion of the prize will be subject to the terms and conditions stipulated on the voucher / ticket / pass/ online. The Promoter will not be liable for any voucher / ticket / pass that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged or tampered with in any way.
The promoter is neither responsible nor liable for any late lost or misdirected mail (including but not limited to prizes).
14. The Promoter is not responsible nor liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of their prize
15. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.
16. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including but not limited to natural disaster)the Promoter reserves the right to subject to reference to all relevant state and territory rules and regulations, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
17. If a medical circumstance in some way restricts your ability to enter the competition through the required mechanic, you are still eligible to enter however you must briefly state your circumstances upon entry.
18. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the Winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form to be determined by the Promoter in its discretion.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to request the Winner to provide proof of age and identity. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter.
20. The Promoter is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, either caused by the phone user or for any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilised in this Competition, or for any technical error, or any combination thereof that may occur in the course of the administration of this competition including any omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line or telephone, mobile or satellite network failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of entries.
21. If this Competition is not capable of running as planned due to any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, programming changes, technical failures (either in the administration of the Competition or the broadcast of the television program), unauthorised intervention, fraud or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the conduct, administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions given by a regulatory authority, to: (a) modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Competition; and/or (b) disqualify any entrant, as appropriate.
22. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the promoter.
