Terms & Conditions
1. Instructions and information on how to enter the competition form part of these
terms and conditions, and entry into the competition is deemed an acceptance of
these terms and conditions.
2. The competition is conducted by Mulpha Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show
Pty Ltd ACN 098 660 336 (Promoter).
3. The competition is open from 12.01 am on 26 April 2015 until 11:59 pm on 23 May
2015.
4. Entry to the competition is free. Entry is open to all residents of Queensland who
are 25 years of age or older, except that directors, managers and employees of
the Promoter and its related companies and their immediate families, and
directors, managers or employees of any other agencies associated with the
competition are not eligible to enter. Only one entry per person is permitted.
Where more than one entry is submitted, the Promoter reserves the right to
determine in its discretion which, if any, of the entries are valid.
5. To enter the competition, entrants must complete and submit the entry form at
http://www.sanctuarycoveboatshow.com.au/win, including correctly answering any
questions on the entry form. All entries become the property of the Promoter.
6. The prize includes: Return airfares from your nearest city with direct flights to
Sydney for up to 4 people and limousine transfers to and from Sydney Airport for
up to 4 people; A skippered and fully catered use of a luxury Maritimo Motoryacht
for up to 4 people for 4 days on Sydney Harbour (includes lunch); 4 nights in
Australia or State Suite at InterContinental Sydney (two premium suites) including

Team Race Boat.
7. The prize is valued at approximately $100,000 (inclusive of GST). The prize must
be redeemed on either July, 17,18,19,20, 2015, or August, 7,8,9,10, 2015. The
prize is subject to use limitations and any other additional conditions notified to the
prize winner at the time of taking the prize.
8. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash and
must be taken as offered. If the prize is not available for any reason, the Promoter
reserves the right to substitute the prize for another of similar value at its
discretion.
9. The winning entry will be drawn on the Channel 7 Stage at the Sanctuary Cove
International Boat Show - Masthead Way, The Marine Village, Sanctuary Cove on 24 May 2015 at 2:30 pm. The first valid and correct entry drawn will win the prize.
The Promoter's decision as to the result of the draw is final and no
correspondence will be entered into. The prize winner will be notified using the
contact information provided in the entry form. If the prize is not claimed by 24
June 2015, the Promoter may draw another winner for the prize.
10. By claiming the prize, the prize winner consents to the Promoter promoting the
results of the competition, including disclosing the prize winner's name and home
town/city and taking and publishing photos and video footage of the prize winner
receiving and using the prize.
11. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of an entry or
disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these
terms and conditions or who tampers with the entry process. The decision to
verify, validate or disqualify an entry is in the Promoter's absolute discretion.
12. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any cost
associated with accessing or submitting the entry form are the entrant's
responsibility.
13. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage or personal injury suffered
or sustained in relation to the competition or the prize except for any liability which
cannot be excluded by law.
14. All references to time in these terms and conditions are Australian Eastern Standard Time.

No idea, I get a little pop up warning box "Windows Security asking for my user name and password" looks exceptionally dodgy to me because it looks like it's asking for my computers user name and password. Great prize...I'm not entering though.
