CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

1. By entering this Promotion, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter

NSW, 2154, 02 9843 0777.

2. The Promotion commences at 15.00pm AEST on 28 May 2015 and closes at 17.00pm AEST on 11

June 2015 (Promotion Period).

3. Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 16 years or older (Entrant).   Employees and their

immediate families of the Promoter, related companies of the Promoter and agencies associated

with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.

4. To enter the Promotion, Entrants must Follow Celebrate with Avery

(www.pinterest.com/celebratewithavery/) and the competition board on Pinterest within the

Promotion Period (Entry).

5. Entrants may only enter the Promotion once during the Promotion Period. Incomplete,

indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received

at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any

delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the

Promotion Period.

6. No purchase is necessary to enter. Purchasing products will not help your chances of winning.

7. The total Prize Pool is valued at $300.00. There is one (1) Major Prize valued at $300.00 and

includes 1 x $200.00 Westfield Gift Card and 1 x Avery Celebrations & Events Pack (RRP$100).

Prizes are not exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. No responsibility is accepted for any

variation in the value of the prizes. The Prizes will be delivered within 30 days from being

notified as the winner. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.

8. The Prize Draw will be conducted at 11.00am AEST on 12 June 2015 at 3/145 William St,

Darlinghurst NSW 2010. The Major Prize Winner will be the first valid Entry drawn. Prizes are not

transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash.

9. The Winner will be notified by telephone within five (5) business days of the Prize Draw, will

receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their name will be published on the

Celebrate with Avery Facebook Page (www.facebook.com/celebratewithavery) on 18 June 2015.

In their written confirmation, winners will be provided with details of how to claim their Prize

and the date by which they must claim their Prize (Prize Claim Date). Winners may need to

provide sufficient identification in order to claim their Prize.

10. If the Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, subject to any directions from a regulatory

authority, the Promoter may conduct a further draw on 13 September 2015 at the same time

and location as the Prize Draw, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (Unclaimed Prize

Draw). In the case of a winner, they will be notified by telephone within two days of the

Unclaimed Prize Draw, receive written confirmation within twenty-one days and their names will

be published on Avery Australia website (www.averyproducts.com.au) on 15 September 2015.

11. The Winner will be announced on the Celebrate With Avery Facebook page at

www.facebook.com/celebratewithavery and at the Celebrate With Avery Pinterest Page at

www.pinterest.com/celebratewithavery/ by 16 September 2015.

12. By entering this Promotion you authorise the Promoter to use content from your Entry on the

Celebrate With Avery Facebook at www.facebookcom/CelebrateWithAvery.

13. Supplying your valid contact details are part of the conditions of entry to this promotion. All

contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.

14. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if the entry has violated the Terms &

Conditions in any way.

15. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The

Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to

disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of

Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry

device or software.

16. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a

result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize.

17. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to

fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the

administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter

reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion,

subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

18. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting

this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ personal information to companies and

agencies connected with this Promotion.

19. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or

Pinterest. You understand that you are providing your information to Avery Products Pty Ltd and

not to Facebook or Pinterest.

20. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about

each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but

not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities.

Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of

entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Avery Products Pty Ltd database. The

Promoter and Avery Products Pty Ltd may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised,

use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes,

including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as

set out in the Avery Products Pty Ltd Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access,

update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored at

the office of the Avery Products Pty Ltd. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided
