“Nimble’s EOFY Giveaway”

How To Enter

To enter the “Nimble’s EOFY Giveaway” competition and go in the draw to win one of your bills paid, you must:

    Comment on the related post in 25 words or less answering the competition question, “What is your new Financial Year resolution?”
    State the bill you want paid.
    State how much the bill is.

Determining a Winner – Game of Skill

Throughout the duration of the competition, the Nimble Marketing Team will judge and determine winners at its absolute discretion.

If at any time Nimble is of the opinion that the entrant has provided false details, or otherwise entered this competition fraudulently, Nimble has absolute discretion to refuse the winning entry and has no obligation to provide reasons to the entrant for its decision to refuse the winning entry. In the event that this occurs, Nimble will redraw a winner.

Conditions Of Entry

In order to be eligible for the competition, you must have completed the entry steps (see “How to Enter”) between 12pm, 3rd June and 4pm 30th June (AEST). Entries received outside of these dates and times will not be eligible.

Entry is open to anyone, with the exception of those who fit into the “Entry Exclusions” (see below). Only one entry per person will be accepted.

Entry Exclusions

Entry is not open to the following:

    Non-Australian residents
    Patrons without an active Facebook account
    Patrons under the age of 18
    Nimble directors, management, employees or their immediate family
    Nimble suppliers, associated companies and agencies.

Details And Values Of Prize

There will be a total of $5000 worth of bills (Total Prize Pool) paid for by Nimble throughout the month of June. The amount of winners will depend on the amount of bills paid for.

Start And End Dates

The competition will commence on Wednesday, June 3rd at 9am AEST and end on Tuesday, June 30th at 4pm AEST.

The winners will be drawn at random times throughout the duration of the competition at Nimble (Level 6, 12-14 Marine Parade, Southport, QLD).

How The Winner Will Be Notified

The winners will be notified on the day of the competition at the time of commencement by a follow up comment on Facebook tagging their name in it. The winner will be asked to acknowledge receipt of the winning notification and send a private message to the Nimble Facebook inbox providing further contact and residency details. If the winner acknowledges receipt of the winning notification, that person will be deemed the winner of the competition. If no response is received by that person within 24 hours of winning notification, it will be deemed as unclaimed and Nimble will judge and select a replacement winner from the remaining entries at the same place as the original draw.

All details of the competition entrants and winners will be kept securely by Nimble for a minimum of 5 years after the draw dates.

No Responsibility For Emails or Facebook Private Messages

Nimble assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to or alteration of any online competition entries, facebook private messenger or email communications.

Release

By entering this competition:

    the entrant releases and holds harmless Nimble Australia Pty Ltd and its related entities and Facebook from any liability, damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part from the entrant’s participation in this competition; and
    the entrant acknowledges the competition is no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook.

By entering this competition, you consent to your personal information being used by Nimble or our related companies and other third parties for marketing purposes, including the publication of your name (including tagging) and competition entry details on the Nimble website, social media pages and other publicly available information. Nimble may also contact you by email from time to time with financial offers, products, services or other promotional offers that may be suitable to you.
