Entrants must be at least 16 years or older. Entrants under the age of 18 years must have parent or guardian consent to enter the Promotion.
Entries are open to residents of Australia and restricted to the state of the station broadcast area of the Promoter. To be eligible to participate in the Promotion, entrants must be directed by a telephone exchange provider to the specific station in that state of broadcast when calling the station competition line.

Multiple entries are permitted, however an entrant is only eligible to redeem one (1) Prize in the Promotion.

To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
1. During the Contesting Period, telephone the station competition line following the broadcast cue to call.
2. The Promoter will select caller(s) to participate on air (for example, by playing a game, or answering a quiz, or participating on air by telling a story etc).
3. The Promoter will judge caller(s) interaction on air, to determine winner(s) in accordance with Judging Details.
4. Prize details will be announced at the time of winning in accordance with Prize Details.

Judging Criteria: All entries will be judged on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability. Where entrants submit a guess or answer to question(s), the Promoter will judge the accuracy of an answer, and there may be a time factor applied. All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
