To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:
1. Tell us in 25 words or less, who is the hardest worker on your worksite and why?
2. The Promoter will judge entries to determine fifteen (15) finalists (“Finalists”).
3. Subject always to the Promoter verifying that the Finalists employer and nominated colleague consents to their participation in the Promotion, the Promoter will determine the Finalist to be a Major Prize Winner.

All decisions of Judging are at the discretion of the Promoter and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard. Judging Criteria: To determine a Finalist, the Promoter will judge entries on creativity, literary merit, originality and suitability.
To determine a Major Prize Winner, the Promoter will verify that the Finalists employer and nominated colleague consents to their participation in the Promotion, the Promoter will determine the Finalist to be a Major Prize Winner.
