Photographers from South Australia are invited to submit their nature and wildlife photographs from the region by 30th June 2015. The competition is open to amateur and professional photographers of all ages with three SA Shorts Holiday vouchers on offer (valued at $1500, $1000 and $500) for the winners.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Photo Competition
You agree to the following terms and conditions by entering the Chemplus competition: •Offer is open to all Chemplus customers. Employees (and their immediate families) of Chemplus Pty Ltd are ineligible to enter.
•Entries close at midnight on 30 June 2015.
•Submissions must include your photograph, full name and email address.
•Your photograph must be uploaded through the link provided on the Chemplus website www.chemplus.com.au during the period commencing at midnight on 1 September 2014 and ending at midnight on 30 June 2015, although Chemplus reserves the right to extend this period in its absolute discretion.
•You are only entitled to enter the competition once.
•The competition requires the highest resolution version of your image as possible.
•Photographs supplied in hard copy will not be accepted.
•Entries (including photographs) will not be returned. •Your entry will be posted on the website of Chemplus provided it is approved by Chemplus, which approval will be at its absolute discretion. •Where a photograph entered by you in the competition includes a close up image of a person other than yourself, then you guarantee that you obtained all necessary permissions from that other person (or in the case of a child, that child’s parents or lawful guardian) for the image to be used in accordance with these terms and conditions. You indemnify Chemplus against all damages, losses, costs and expenses incurred by Chemplus arising directly or indirectly out of any failure by you to obtain the permissions mentioned above. •Your photograph and text must be entirely your own work, and by entering the competition, you warrant that: o You are the exclusive owner of the photograph and text, including any copyright in the photos or text; and o No rights have been granted in the photograph or text which are inconsistent with rights granted by you to Chemplus pursuant to these terms and conditions.
•By entering the competition, you: o Grant a payment free, nonexclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide licence to Chemplus (or any person authorised by Chemplus) to use your name, photograph, text, voice and/or image for publicity and marketing purposes of Chemplus and to display the photograph and text in any location for a period of twelve months from the closing date of the competition. o Consent to any act or omission by Chemplus, (or any person authorised by Chemplus) which would otherwise infringe your moral rights in respect of your photograph or text.
•There will be 3 (three) prizes awarded:
o The first prize winner of the competition will win a $1,500 SA Shorts Voucher o Second prize: $1,000 SA Shorts Voucher o Third prize: $500 SA Shorts Voucher
•Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
•No refunds, returns or exchanges on the prize will be offered.
•Cannot be used in conjunction with other offers
•The chosen item may take up to 8 weeks to arrive.
•Judging:
• A panel of judges, chosen at the discretion of Chemplus, will assess all entries; • The winner will be chosen by the panel of judges on 3rd July 2015. • The winner will be contacted by Chemplus on 6 July 2015. • The panel of judge’s decision is binding and final on all participants in the competition and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard
