Accommodation

Prize includes 5 nights in a family cabin for 4 people at Discovery Holiday Parks – Warrnambool. Additional guests will be based on availability and at an additional cost to the competition winner.
Car Hire

Hertz Free of Charge’ voucher will be provided to the winner. The voucher will cover the base rental cost. Any insurance cover or extras though will be require payment, this is expected to be approximately $400.

Terms and Conditions

    The promoter is Sharp Airlines, Hesley Park Road Hamilton Victoria 3300 and Discovery Holiday Parks Pty Ltd (ABN 50 111 782 846) of L2/157 Grenfell Street, Adelaide SA 5000 (Discovery Holiday Parks).
    Competition entry is open to those persons who:
        are permanent Australian residents;
        are SharpFlyer;
        are aged 18 years of age or over; and
        otherwise fulfil the application requirements set out in these terms and conditions (Eligible Entrant).

    Outdoor Prize pack valued up to $3000
    Entry to this competition can be through the website competition entry portal on Sharp airlines website (and any other associated promotional marketing mediums) by following the prompts and accepting the terms and conditions of entry.
    Participating companies includes Sharp Airlines, Discovery Holiday Parks – Warrnambool and Warrnambool City Council.
    Entering this Competition is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    There is a limit of one (1) entry per Eligible Entrant.
    Employees or contractors of Sharp Airlines and Discovery Holiday Parks or its related bodies corporate, or any suppliers of prizes, or the immediate family of such persons, are ineligible to enter this Competition. "Immediate family" means any of the following: spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the relevant person.
    If the Prize remains unclaimed by 3pm 23 June 2015, the Prize will be forfeited and may be used or distributed by Sharp Airlines and Discovery Holiday Parks at its sole discretion.
    The total prize value will not exceed $3000, and in no circumstances is the prize (or any of its elements) exchangeable, substitutable or otherwise redeemable for cash.
    Discovery Holiday Parks' decision in relation to any aspect of this Competition, including the selection of any winner and the criteria applied by Discovery Holiday Parks in determining the winner, is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
    A prize draw will be made at Sharp airlines office (located at Hamilton), on the Monday 22 June. Prize winners will be notified by phone on the Monday 22 June by a Sharp Airlines representative. Prize winner details will be published on Discovery Holiday Parks websitewww.discoveryholidayparks.com.au
    Sharp Airlines reserves the right to require the winner to provide proof of age, proof of identity and/or residency and proof of valid bookings to be awarded their prize. Identification considered suitable for such verification is at the discretion of Sharp Airlines. Any entries of persons under the age of 18 will be void and Sharp airlines will not in any circumstances be obliged to award any prize to a legal guardian or parent of such entrant.
    As a condition of accepting the prize, the prize winner may be requested to sign legal documentation as and in the form required by Sharp airlines and/or prize suppliers in their absolute discretion, including but not limited to a legal release and indemnity form.
    Entrants to the Competition consent to use of their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this Competition (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by Sharp Airlines and Discovery Holiday Parks.
    Errors and omissions may be accepted at Sharp Airlines discretion. Failure by Sharp Airlines to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
    Sharp Airlines and Discovery Holiday Parks makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or acceptability of any goods or services offered as prizes. To the extent permitted by law, Sharp Airlines and Discovery Holiday Parks (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in connection with this Competition. This clause does not affect, and is not intended to affect, any rights a consumer might have, which are not able to be excluded under applicable Australian consumer protection laws.
    Sharp Airlines, Discovery Holiday Parks and Warrnambool City Council will collect personal information in order to conduct this Competition. Use and disclosure of such personal information will be covered by Sharp Airlines and Discovery Holiday Parks' Privacy Policy. The personal information collected as part of the Competition is collected to enable Sharp Airlines and Discovery Holiday Parks to administer the Competition and identify the winners. By entering this Competition, each participant consents to the use of their personal information for future marketing and promotional purposes of Sharp Airlines and Discovery Holiday Parks, and its agents, contractors, service providers and prize suppliers.
    Any email communication sent by Sharp Airlines, Discovery Holiday Parks and Warrnambool City Council will have an “Unsubscribe” function.
    18. Fun4Kids 4-Day Explorer Passes are strictly non-transferrable and cannot be sold or redeemed for cash.

    19.   If any term of these Terms and Conditions or the application thereof to any person or any circumstance shall be or become illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the same shall be read down, if such reading down is possible, and if found to be impossible, shall be severed and the remaining terms and conditions shall not be affected.
