TERMS & CONDITIONS OF ENTRY – WIN A $100 TRADE SECRET GIFT VOUCHER!

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into this competition is deemed to be an acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

Entry is open to residents of Australia. Directors or Employees of the promoter or their immediate families, and third parties associated with this competition are not eligible to enter.

Eligible participants can enter by showcasing their style & taking a photo of an item/s they have purchased from Trade Secret and sharing that photo on their Instagram account tagging #tradesecret and/or #stylesecrets and tagging @tradesecret_aus.

The competition commences 9am Monday 23 March AEDT and closes 5pm Sunday 23 August 2015 AEDT. The prize winner will be announced weekly on Monday at 5:00 pm 2015 AEDT on @tradesecret_aus Instagram Account at www.instagram.com/tradesecret_aus or on Facebook.

This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Each entry will be individually judged on its own creative merit.

The promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

The promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any entrant who appears to have tampered with the entry or voting process, who participates in a manner not in accordance with these terms and conditions of entry or who has, in the opinion of the promoter, engaged in conduct which is or may be fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the promoter.

The winners will be notified via email and their name and winning image will be published online at www.instagram.com/tradesecret_aus or on Facebook.

After the winner has claimed his/her prize, the prize will be delivered to the winner by post.

The prize is one (1) $100 Trade Secret Gift Card, valid for 12 months from the competition draw date.

The prize (and any unused portion of the prize) is not transferable, negotiable or exchangeable.

All entries become the property of the promoter, and will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy, available on the promoter’s website.

The winner releases the promoter, from all liability for any loss and/or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury (including but not limited to death) suffered or sustained in connection with the acceptance of, and participation in, the prize or any part thereof, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any other cause beyond the control of the promoter which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this competition the promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, subject to any written directions of any relevant authorities.
