General Information & Entry Eligibility 1. Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. The Promoter is ALH Group Limited, ACN 098 212 134 of 16-20 Claremont Street, South Yarra, Victoria 3141, owner / operator of the Macquarie Inn Hotel – Cnr Wheelers Lane and Birch Ave, Dubbo, NSW, 2830 (“Participating Venues”).   3. The Promotion commences at 10am on 29 June 2015 and ends at 11.55am on 6 September 2015 (“Promotional Period”). 4. Entry may only be made in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who attend a Participating Venue during the Promotional Period unless, they are an employee, or have been employed in the last six months at the Participating Venue, or employed by ALH Group Limited including their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings and children). How to Enter  5. To enter, entrants must complete a valid entry form (‘Ticket’) during the Promotional Period.
6. Tickets may be obtained at either of the Participating Venues by: a. making a food or beverage purchase of $10 or more (excluding TAB, Keno & bottle-shop); b. being randomly selected by venue staff whilst in the Participating Venue. 7. It is the responsibility of the customer to obtain a Ticket if or when they become entitled to do so.   8. Entrants must fully and legibly complete their first name, last name and valid phone number and/or email address on their Ticket and place it in the specially marked Entry Barrels at the Participating Venues during the Promotional Period. 9. Incomplete, incomprehensible, incorrect and inappropriate entries will be deemed ineligible. Weekly Game Draw 10. Six entrants will be drawn in each of the Weekly Game Draws from all tickets collected in that week for a chance to participate in the Final Game Draw:

11. The draw results will be announced using the Participating Venue’s public address system. Each of the entrants drawn must notify staff within five (5) minutes of the Weekly Game Draw that he or she is present.  In the event that an entrant does not notify staff within the allotted time, a redraw will be conducted at six (6) minute intervals until such time as three (3) entrants are present and notify staff of such at each of the Weekly Game Draws.   12. In the event that three (3) drawn entrants are not present within fifty (50) minutes of each of the Weekly Game Draws, a final Weekly Game Draw will be held at 7pm and 9pm respectively. 13. The entrants drawn at such a final Weekly Game Draw, whether present or not, will complement those already drawn, to make up a full contingent of six (6) entrants drawn across the two Weekly Game Draws.  14. If such entrants are not present they will be contacted within three (3) days of the Weekly Game Draw by email and/or phone – except where required, for those entrants drawn final Weekly Game Draw at 9pm on Sat 5 Sep, who will be contacted by email and/or phone within twelve (12) hours of the draw. 15. Each Weekly Game Draw winner will herewith be referred to as a Contestant in the Final Game Draw. 16. Each Contestant is allowed only one entry into the Final Game Draw.  17. If a Contestant is drawn twice across any of the Weekly Prize Draws the second entry drawn will become void and another entrant will be drawn. Final Game Draw The following provisions apply to the Contestants: 18. Six (6) of the sixty (60) Contestants will be drawn at random in the Final Game Draw from 12pm to 2.00pm on 6 September 2015 for a chance to participate in the Major Prize Draw. 19. The draw results will be announced using the Participating Venue’s public address system. Each of the Contestants drawn must notify staff within five (5) minutes of the Final Game Draw that he or she is present.   20. In the event that a Contestant does not notify staff within the allotted time, a redraw will be conducted at six (6) minute intervals until such time as six (6) Contestants are present and notify staff of such.   
The Major Prize Draw 21. The Major Prize Draw will take place at 2.30pm on 6 September 2015 and will be of the six (6) Contestants drawn in the Final Game Draw. 22. At the commencement of the Major Prize Draw there will six (6) keys in an enclosed container.   
     
23. Each of the six (6) Contestants, in the same order as drawn in the Final Game Draw, will draw a key from the container.  24. The number of keys in the container will decline as a key is drawn by each Contestant until the final Contestant has just one final key to draw from the container.  25. Each of the six (6) Contestants in the order drawn will be invited to come forward and test their key in the ignition of the Harley Street 500.  26. The Harley Street 500 (including on-road costs) and retail goods to the value of $1,000 at Capital Motorcycles in Orange NSW is the Major Draw Prize (‘Prize’). 27. The Prize has is valued at $10,995 (RRP). 28. One of the Six (6) keys will start the engine to the Prize. Five (5) out of the six (6) keys will not start the engine to the Prize.  29. The Contestant with the key that starts the ignition to the Prize will be deemed the Major Prize Draw winner.  30. The five (5) Contestants holding a key that did not start the engine will each receive a $100 Venue Voucher (‘Runner-up Prize’). Runner-up Prizes valued at $500. 31. Venue Vouchers are valid at the Participating Venue within 12 months of the draw date. 32. Total prize pool is valued up to $11,495. 33. The winner of the Prize will be responsible for arranging collection of the vehicle and retail goods at a mutually agreeable time within three (3) months of the Major Prize Draw with the Promoter and associated supplier.  34. He or she will be responsible for ensuring collection by a fully licensed driver and for arranging any additional insurance other than the compulsory third-party insurance provided as part of the Prize. 35. Major Prize Draw winners will be published in Daily Telegraph on 13 September 2015. 36. Prizes are not exchangeable and non-cash prizes are not redeemable for cash. 37. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize for a similar product of equal or greater value should the prize be unavailable for any reason at the time of the draw or prize distribution. 38. Contestants must comply with any reasonable directions and guidelines notified to them in connection with the Game. 39. The Promoter may in its absolute discretion prohibit the Contestant's participation in the Game, cancel or suspend a Prize or cease to provide any Prize to the Contestant if the Contestant is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves aggressively or disruptively, or behaves in a manner which may diminish the good name and reputation of the Promoter or its products and brands, or is contrary to law or is otherwise inappropriate. 40. The Contestants will be responsible for all other expenses associated with attending the Game, including but not limited to spending money, additional meals, drinks and all other ancillary costs. 
Standard Terms
41. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entrants and to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions. 
     
42. The Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize draw if necessary at the office of the Promoter, subject however to any directions from the Office of Liquor Gaming & Racing 43. By submitting an entry into this promotion, entrants warrant that all information they submit in the entry process is true, current and complete and that they have read and understood the terms and conditions. 44. By entering this promotion entrants agree to indemnify the Promoter against all loss, damage, costs (including legal costs on a solicitor and own client basis) or liability whatsoever suffered or incurred by the Promoter, arising out of or in connection with or related to the entrant entering the promotion, or accepting the prizes. 45. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. 46. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Promoter's liability in relation to this promotion and/or in respect of any of the prizes is excluded. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify the entrant's rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth.) or equivalent legislation. To the fullest extent permitted by law all other liability of the Promoter (including negligence) to the entrant for any loss or damage whatsoever (included but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) and all other rights of the entrant, are expressly excluded. 47. Any decision of the Promoter in relation to the conduct of the promotion is binding and conclusive and will not be challenged on any grounds, including without limitation, the grounds that the Promoter failed to act reasonably, fairly, in good faith or otherwise in accordance with the principles of procedural fairness. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries.  48. The Promoter recommends that the winners seek their own tax advice and be responsible for reporting any monies earned to the Australian Taxation Office. 49. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or (without limitation) any other event outside our reasonable control, the Promoter is entitled to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion – subject to any written directions from the various regulatory bodies responsible for supervising the conduct of the Promotion. 50. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, un-authorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond our control which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, we are entitled in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and (subject to any written directions given by the various regulatory bodies responsible for supervising the conduct of the Promotion), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion. Privacy 51. Personal information contained on the Entry Forms will be used for the purpose of determining and contacting a prize winner. By submitting an Entry into the Promotion, entrants consent to the collection of their personal information for the purpose of being part of this Promotion  and for use by the Promoter for future promotional, direct mail marketing and advertising purposes unless and until such request is otherwise withdrawn in writing.
