Bonus Sister Club Points Promotion
The first 20,000 Sister Club Members to complete the Pinky Awards survey will be awarded 30 bonus Sister Club Points. Points may take up to 2 months to appear in account. Sister Club Terms and Conditions apply.

Conditions of Entry
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter is Priceline Pty Ltd, ABN 18 005 968 310 located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 (Promoter).

3. This offer is open to all Australian residents. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.

4. The competition commences on 13/07/2015 at 07:00:00AM, and concludes on 31/07/2015 at 11:59:59PM (Promotional Period). All times are AEDT

How to enter
5. To vote in the Priceline Health & Beauty Awards entrants must go to www.priceline.com.au/pinkyawards (via an online entry form). By entering their details during the Promotional Period (including email address), entrants will automatically go into the draw. Participants will receive only one entry per completed entry form. Only one entry may be submitted per valid email address.

6. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.

7. The winning entries will all be drawn at random at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124 on 03/08/2015 at 11:00:00 AM.

8. The winners will be notified via email and phone within 2 business days of the draw. The names of the winners will also be published on www.priceline.com.au the week commencing 10/08/2015 and remain online for 28 days.

9. If neither a phone number or email address of the winner are supplied or they are incorrect, then the winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be drawn.

10. The Promoters may draw additional reserve entries and record them in order in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant is drawn.

11. If any of the prizes are not claimed by 11:00:00 AM on 09/11/2015, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to conduct further draws at 12:00:00 PM on the 09/11/2015 at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prize, subject to any written directions given by a relevant gaming authority. Winners of any further draws will be notified in writing within 2 business days of the draw and their names published online at www.priceline.com.au from the 5th business day following the draw for 28 days.

Prize
12. There will be 10 winners who will each win a $500 (AUD) Priceline Gift Card.

13. The Gift Cards will be valid for use at any Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy store (excluding online) for 12 months from the date of issue (or as otherwise extended by us) after such time it will be invalid.

Other
15. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

16. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.

17. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with Australian privacy laws and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.priceline.com.au. The Promoter will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoter for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfilment.

18. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

19. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant.

20. The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoter who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoter to insure any products.

21. Entrants consent to the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.

22. The total prize value of the promotion is approximately $5000.

23. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the entrant's responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used.

24. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

25. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) is not responsible for and excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or Entrant; or (f) use of a prize The Promoter (including its’ officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits or opportunity), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition including taking or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law), including the Non-Excludable guarantees.
