POWER ON WITH ARMOR ALL AND STP AT COATES HIRE RALLY AUSTRALIA TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

BACKGROUND
The Promoter is Armored AutoGroup Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 16 146 911 104) of Suite 115-116 / 25 Solent Circuit, Baulkham Hills NSW 2153 (Promoter).
Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes forms part of the terms of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Nothing in these conditions restricts, excludes or modifies or purports to restrict, exclude or modify any statutory consumer rights under any applicable law including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

ELIGIBILITY
The promotion starts at 9:00am (AEST) on 20/7/2015 and ends at 5:00pm (AEST) on 14/8/2015 (Promotion Period).
Entry is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
Directors, management and employees of the Promoter and its related entities (and their immediate families), printers, suppliers, providers and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion.

ENTRY CONDITIONS
Entry is via an online entry form: http://www.armorall.com.au/promotions/poweron. You simply fill in all the required details on the form and correctly answer the question “What is Scott Pedder’s favourite ARMOR ALL product?” and submit to enter.
The draw to determine the Prize Winners will take place on 17/8/2015 at 30 Franz Road Clayfield QLD 4011 at 1.00pm AEST. There will be one (1) Major Prize Winner and three (3) Minor Prize Winners.
If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in the unclaimed prize draw (see conditions 25 and 26).
The Prize Winners shall have their name published on https://www.facebook.com/ARMORALLAusNZ (Promoter’s Facebook Page) within three (3) days of the draw and will remain on the Promoter’s Facebook Page for a minimum of twenty-eight (28) days. All reasonable steps to notify the Prize Winners of the results of the draw will be taken by the Promoter. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Only one (1) entry per person entering pursuant to condition 8 is permitted. Any subsequent entry from a person under condition 6 after the first valid entry under condition 8 is received will be invalid. Each entrant must create their own entry and only submit an entry in their own name.
Incomplete, inaccurate, erroneous, ineligible or incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid. Entries must be received by the Promoter during the Promotion Period. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission.
The Promoter has no control over mobile telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise.
Each entrant is responsible for paying the costs associated with entering the promotion.
The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.

PRIZE
The first valid and eligible entry drawn will be deemed the Major Prize Winner. The Major Prize is a trip for two to the Coates Hire Rally Australia World Rally Championship event to be held at Coffs Harbour NSW from 11th to 13th September 2015, including the following:
a) Flights and accommodation for the Major Prize Winner and their companion for 2 nights, Friday 11th and Saturday 12th September 2015, valued at up to a maximum of $1,900 depending on the Major Winner’s point of departure. Accommodation is based on twin share, 3 Star or better, within short travel distance to the event circuit. Includes economy return flights from any major Australian city. Flights and accommodation are subject to booking and availability. All other costs associated with travel and accommodation, including but not limited to insurance and airport transfers, are the responsibility of the Major Prize Winner;
b) 1 x “ARMOR ALL & STP Power Stage” surfboard signed by WRC Rally drivers (Major Prize Winner only) valued at $750;
c) Corporate Hospitality for the Major Prize Winner and their companion in the “VIP Corporate Hospitality Suite” (including food and beverage catering from 8am to 2pm) on Sunday 13th September valued at $600;
d) $500 spending money for meals and incidentals;
e) Right for the Major Prize Winner and their companion to experience being part of “Team Pedder” valued at $750, which shall include assisting Scott Pedder’s WRC2 team prepare in the “Service Park”, have dinner with the team and signed team merchandise.
Total Major Prize value: up to $4,500.00 including GST, depending on the Major Prize Winner’s point of departure.
You must be over 18 to accept and/or participate in the Major Prize.
Minor Prizes: There are 3 minor prize packs, each of which include the following:
a) Official Coates Hire Rally Australia event polo shirt and cap signed by WRC Rally drivers valued at $50;
b) ARMOR ALL Car Care Products Bucket valued at $50.00; and
c) Pedders $50.00 Gift Voucher to be used by no later than 31 December 2015.
Minor prize pack value: $150.00 including GST each.
Total minor prize pack value is $450.00 including GST in total.
Total maximum prize pool value is up to $4,950.00 including GST, depending on the Major Prize Winner’s point of departure. The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. The prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from the prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. In the event for any reason a Prize Winner does not take an element of the prize at the time stipulated by the Promoter then that element of the prize will be forfeited by the Prize Winner and cash will not be supplied in lieu of that element of the prize.
The Major Prize will only be delivered at the Coates Hire Rally Australia World Rally Championship event to be held at Coffs Harbour NSW from 11th to 13th September 2015.
The Minor Prizes will be delivered to the Minor Prize Winners at the Australian postal address provided on their entry form by no later than 30th September 2015. Once any prize has left the Promoter’s premises, the Promoter and its agencies and companies associated with the promotion will not be responsible for any delay in delivery, loss or damage to the prize.

NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS
Prize Winners will be contacted via email on 17 August 2015 and notified using the email which they used to submit their winning eligible entry during the Promotion Period.
Eligible entrants must check their email account to see if they have been notified as a Prize Winner. If the Major Prize Winner does not respond to the Promoter’s notification on their relevant email account within seven (7) days, the relevant Major Prize Winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws at 1.00pm AEST on 25/8/2015 at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prizes, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority. Any winner in this draw will be notified in writing. If there are any unclaimed prizes, each unclaimed prize will be distributed to the next valid entry randomly drawn until the unclaimed prize is awarded.
In the event of a Minor Prize not being accepted or claimed within three (3) months of the draw, the relevant Minor Prize Winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws at 1.00pm AEST on 17/11/2015 at the same location as the original draw as are necessary to distribute the prizes, subject to any written directions given by any relevant authority. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified in writing. If there are any unclaimed prizes, each unclaimed prize will be distributed to the next valid entry randomly drawn until all unclaimed prizes are awarded.
The Promoter takes no responsibility for a winning eligible entrant who does not respond during the designated time frame and consequently forfeits a prize and their entry will be deemed invalid. The prize will then be awarded to the first reserve entry drawn in accordance with condition 25.
If the prize cannot be awarded to the person drawn, the Promoter will continue the process set out in conditions 25 and 26 with the reserve entries (in turn) until the prize is awarded.

GENERAL INFORMATION
The Promoter and the entrant acknowledge that the entrant is providing their personal information to the Promoter for the purposes of the Promotion.
If the prize or an element of the prize becomes unavailable, for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, then a comparable prize or prize element of equal or greater value will be awarded in lieu, subject to any directions given by any relevant authority.
To the extent permitted by law, before the Major Prize is awarded, the Major Prize Winner and their nominated companion must sign a release of liability form (provided by the Promoter) in favour of all parties involved in this promotion (including those providing the prize). If the Major Prize Winner or their nominated companion does not sign the release of liability form provided by the Promoter within the time requested by the Promoter, the Major Prize Winner’s entry will be deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry and invalid.
Entrants acknowledge that there are inherent risks in some aspects of the Major Prize and that using the prize involves participating in potentially dangerous activities. By entering this promotion and accepting the Major Prize, entrants accept that risk.
The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of, or in connection with, this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including but without limitation technical malfunctions or failures.
The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies are not liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person's negligence) in connection with taking the prize or using the prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). The Promoter and its agents associated with this promotion take no responsibility for the prize (or part of the prize) damaged or lost in transit (if relevant).
(a) If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned for any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter including because of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster (including natural disaster), infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, technical failures or any which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion and/or if necessary to provide an alternative prize to the same value as the original Prize, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.
b) The Promoter will not be liable if the organisers of the Coates Hire Rally Australia World Rally Championship cancel or postpone the event.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any and all entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for: (a) tampering with the entry process; (b) submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry; or (c) if the entrant is engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved.
The Promoter may require a Prize Winner to verify their entry and provide proof of identity, proof of age, proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address and proof of purchase. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.
As a condition of entering this promotion, an entrant consents to, in the event they are the winner, the Promoter using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period of time without further notification, remuneration or compensation for the purpose of promoting, publicising or marketing the promotion (including any outcome), and/or promoting any products or services manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter. The entrant agrees that, in the event they are a Prize Winner, the entrant will participate in all reasonable promoted activities in relation to the promotion as requested by the Promoter and its agents.
An entry and any copyright subsisting in an entry irrevocably becomes, at time of entry, the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about an entrant to include the entrant in the promotion and, where appropriate, award a prize. If the personal information requested is not provided, the entrant cannot participate in the promotion and is deemed ineligible. By entering this promotion the entrant consents to the use of their personal information as described. An entrant also agrees that in the event the entrant is the winner, the Promoter may publish or cause to be published the entrant’s name and locality in any media, as required under the relevant State or Territory legislation.
