Entrants agree to abide by the terms and conditions set out below. How to enter instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
Employees or contractors, or members of the immediate family of South City Bulletin are not eligible to enter.
Only one entry per person is accepted.
By entering a competition you agree to receive promotional offers from South City Bulletin and associated businesses.
A prize is not transferable to another person or another performance or prize.
A prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
Winners will be chosen at random from the entries received by the closing date. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Winners will be notified by the most appropriate means available to the publisher or prize provider.
Winners consent to the use of their name and suburb of residence for promotional and marketing purposes and agree to participate in any reasonable promotional activities as requested by the Promoter.
The prizes, once posted or delivered, are the sole responsibility of the winner and prizes lost, stolen or damaged will not be replaced.
If a prize event is cancelled or postponed for any reason, or if the winner does not attend the event specified, prizes will not be replaced or exchanged.
If for any reason the competition is not capable of running as planned, including the failure of entries to be received due to technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
