TERMS OF ENTRY:

This competition (the “Promotion”) is conducted by Universal Sony Pictures Home Entertainment Australia Pty Limited ABN 39 152 425 735 of Level 30, 1 Market Street, Sydney, NSW 2000 (the “Promoter”).
Entry to the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the Promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the Promotion and to take the Prize if they are the winner.
All entry instructions and prize information published by the Promoter form part of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promotion is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. The Promoter reserves the right to request any entrant to provide documentary evidence confirming his/her age. Employees and immediate families of Universal Sony, of Yum! Restaurants Australia Pty Limited A.B.N. 16 000 674 993 and its Pizza Hut franchisees (“Yum”) and their associated companies and agents and the immediate families of such employees are not eligible to enter the Promotion.
The Promotion commences at 09:00am (EST) on Thursday 27th August 2015, and ends at 11:59pm (EST) on Monday 28th September 2015
The Promotion is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining a winner.
Entrance to the Promotion is via the competition website www.fast7feast.com.au and requires entrants to purchase a Pizza Hut Fast 7 Feast Meal, enter their receipt number on the competition website and answer the following “Competition Question” – “In 25 words or less, tell us who your favourite Fast & Furious star is and why”. Name and email address are also required at the point of entry in order to contact the winner.
The Competition Question answers will be judged on 50% creativity and 50% written expression.
The one (1) answer to the Competition Question which is deemed to be both the most creative and most articulate of all valid entries received as judged by the Promoter in its sole discretion will be determined as the winner of the Major Prize available in the Promotion.
Judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
An Entrant’s entry must not be, without limitation: a) Late;b) Delayed;c) Incomplete;d) Incomprehensible;e) Unlawful;f) Obscene;g) Defamatory;h) Libellous;i) Threatening;j) Pornographic;k) Harassing;l) Hateful;m) Racially or ethnically offensive;n) Capable of encouraging conduct that would be considered a criminal offence;o) Capable of violating any law; and/orp) Capable of giving rise to civil liability.
There is no limit on entries per entrant but each entrant, if deemed a winner, may only be awarded one (1) Prize.
PRIZE: One major prize to be awarded to one person for them and one other person also aged 18+. Prize to include Return economy flights for 2 to Los Angeles, USA flying Virgin Australia and departing from their nearest capital city, 5 nights’ twin-share accommodation, Return transfers from airport to hotel.
Prize will be redeemable and booked through STA Travel
Prize valid for travel between 1st of February to 21st of March, 2016 and 1st of May to 15th of June, 2016 and is subject to availability at all times.
Prize winner agrees to use of their name and image as required by STA Travel and Virgin Australia
Changes after confirmation will incur a fee, at prize winners own expense, and is subject to availability.
Prize is non-changeable and not transferrable.
Visa’s, USA entry conditions and all travel requirements are the responsibilities of the winner.
All travel arrangements must be confirmed by the winner to STA Travel a minimum of 90 days prior to intended departure date.
Prize is not exchangeable for cash.
Any unused portion of the prize is not redeemable for cash.

The judging will take place on Wednesday 30th September 2015 (EST) at the Promoter’s offices located at Level 30, 1 Market Street, Sydney NSW 2000
The winner will be contacted by email using supplied email address.
If a winner is unable to be contacted or does not claim their Prize within 48 hours of judging, their Prize will be forfeited.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry or entrant that fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, whether caused by infection by computer virus, mobile phone failure, line drop out, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion, (subject to any written direction given by a relevant Regulatory Authority), to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to close the competition earlier than advertised and the winner will be drawn from entries received to that time

Entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if entrant is not the age of majority in his/her state of residence) agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Indemnified Parties”) from and against any claims made by the winner, entrants, or any other third parties, related in any way to the operation of this Promotion as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize or participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in this Promotion.
