The organisers of BIGSOUND weren’t lying when they chose the name of the event – with over 140 bands playing over just two nights, we’d go as far as to call it WHOPPERSOUND, or even BLOODYHUMUNGOUSSOUND. (Though it probably doesn’t have the same ring to it.)

The massive festival of new music will take place in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley on September 9th and 10th, and with frankie favourites like Stonefield, Major Leagues, All Our Exes Lives In Texas and Babaganouj hitting stages big and small around the suburb, it’s going to be the perfect place to grab a bevvie and discover a new act to pop in your headphones.
