Kick it is all about encouraging every South Australian to kick a bad habit, or commence a positive new behaviour, to maximise their own health and potential.

Tell us what bad habit you’d like to kick, or what bad habit you’d like your partner or colleague to kick, and you could win a weekend on the Gold Coast thanks to Hello World Myer Centre and Creative Holidays.

We’ll even get Jodie & Soda to see if they can help break that habit, before you head off on a break up north!
