Entrants must be able to collect the prize from FIVEaa Level 3/75 H Hindmarsh Square, Adelaide SA 5000 or as specified by the Promoter.
Entrants must be at least 15 years of age.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18 years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under 18 years). If the winner is aged under 18 years, prizes will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must accompany the winner for the duration of the prize.
The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for the prize.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

photograph/s which entrants submit as part of this competition must be original, accurate, unaltered and the entrant’s own work. Any entry submitted that does not meet this requirement (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) may be deemed invalid.
By entering this competition, entrants grant to the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to use any material submitted as part of an entry for the purposes of conducting and promoting this competition, broadcasting online or though other multimedia, for a period up to and including 12 months’ after the completion of the Competition.
Any photos, videos or other material submitted as part of this Promotion may be modified, altered or deleted by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
The decision by the Promoter to accept or reject an entry is in the Promoter’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.

The promotion begins at 6:00am (ACST) on Monday 3rd August, 2015.

Entry Method
Online Entry
During the Promotion Period entrants will be invited via Station on-air commercials to visit the Station Website (FIVEaa.com.au) and complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, mobile telephone number, current and valid email address, age, submitting a photograph showing why they are “South Australia’s Biggest Footy Fan” (Entry Photograph) and by answering in 25 words or less the question “Why are you South Australia’s Biggest Footy Fan?”
Each valid entry received during the Promotion Period will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter in accordance with the Web Entry Judging details below. The Judges will select the fifteen (15) entrants they deem to be the “best” from all valid entries received within the Promotion Period. These fifteen (15) entrants will be deemed “nominated entrants” and will be showcased on the FIVEaa Sport Show and on the FIVEaa Website.
To determine the major prize winner, the 15 nominated entrants “Entry Photographs” will be showcased in a gallery on the FIVEaa website. The public will then be invited to vote for the entrant’s photo that they believe has best meet the Online Public Voting judging criteria.
On Friday 4th September, 2015, the nominated entrant with the most public votes (as determined by the promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) will deemed the major prize winner and be awarded the major prize.

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and must independently comply with these Terms of Entry.

Judging
All valid entries will be individually judged by representatives of the Promoter by at the Promoter’s premises to determine the 15 entrants in the running to be the biggest footy fan (Nominated Entrants).
All valid entries will be judged based on the Judging Criteria. The winner will be notified in accordance with the Notification of Winners information set out below.
Judging Criteria
Web Entry Judging Criteria: Each valid entry will be individually judged (by representatives of the Promoter) based on creativity, originality and passion.
Online Public Voting Judging Criteria: Each valid photograph will be individually judged (by the public) based on who’s picture they believe shows that they are “South Australia’s Biggest Footy Fan.
