Redheads® Wrapped Firelighter Free Sample Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. This sampling offer is only open to residents of Australia aged 18 and above.
2. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de- facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
3. Sampling offer commences at Midnight AEST on May 13, 2015, and will continue until advised by publication on the Redheads Facebook page and the Redheads website - or until stock of any or all sample(s) is exhausted (Offer Period).
4. To be eligible to receive one sample pack containing two new wrapped firelighters, please register your details at: www.redheads.com.au/sample or at the “Free Sample Tab” on the Redheads Facebook page at www.facebook.com/redheadsmatches and accept the terms and conditions by ticking the checkbox.
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age, place of residence or relationship to the Promoter and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
6. The Sample is not for sale.
7. Maximum samples per household will be one sample pack. If many
recipients in one household receive claims for samples from their
friends / family, only one sample per household will be sent.
8. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered
into. No responsibility will be taken for late, lost, indecipherable or
misdirected claims.
9. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by,

or associated with, Facebook®, Instagram® or Twitter®. The information provided for the sample offer is disclosed to the Promoter, and not to Facebook®, Instagram® or Twitter®.
10. Any cost associated with accessing the promotional website is the claimant’s responsibility and is dependent on the Internet service provider used. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by the Promoter and not at the time of transmission by the claimant.
11. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law in relation to supply of products, the Promoter and Facebook®, Instagram® or Twitter® (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the sample offer, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and any of their associated agencies shall not be liable for any loss, cost, damage, expense, personal injury, death or liability (including, but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential losses) that is suffered or incurred in connection with this sample offer, or any act or omission (whether negligent or not) of the Promoter, and their associated agencies, or any person associated with any of them including their employees or agents or otherwise.
12. If the sample offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the sample offer, as appropriate.
13. Claimants’ and recipients’ personal information (“PI”) will be collected to enable the Promoter to administer this sample offer (and may be stored in Australia or outside of Australia.). The PI of the claimant and recipient may be provided to others assisting, including sample suppliers and deliverers, and to relevant authorities only to the extent necessary to complete the offer and delivery. If the PI requested is not provided, the claimant may not participate in the sample offer. However, the personal address information of the recipient of the
sample will only be used in connection with delivering the sample. If a claimant does not truthfully provide all requested PI, the Promoter may determine the claimant is not eligible to participate in the sample offer and receive a sample.
14. By entering this sample offer, the claimant also consents to receiving from the Promoter future communications by email and other media including newsletters, special offers and promotions unless otherwise advised by the claimant.
