CALWELL SHOPPING CENTRE – FATHERS' DAY COMPETITION 2015 - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

    Promoter: Calwell Shopping Centre (ABN: 41 159 312 618) – 7 Webber Crescent, Calwell ACT 2905
    Open to Australian residents from ACT and surrounding regional areas only.
    If the entrant is under 18, a parent or guardian will need to be nominated as the contact person (including all contact details) for identification purposes.
    Overall competition starts on Wednesday 19 Augustl 2015 and closes 1.00 pm (local time) Wednesday 2 September 2015.
    Entrants must provide a valid name, residential address, e-mail address and contact phone number as well as their postcode to enter the draw. They will also need to nominate if they are over or under 18 years of age. If the entrant is under 18, a parent or guardian will need to be nominated as the contact person (including all contact details) for identification purposes.
    Fully complete an entry form, which can be found on the Calwell Shopping Centre website, www.calwellshops.com.au and submit completed printed form into competition barrel at Calwell Shopping Centre. Entrants must provide a valid receipt for spending a minimum of $10 at a Calwell Shopping Centre shop (excluding Woolworths and Woolworths Liquor/BWS or lotto products). This receipt must be attached to the entry form to be valid.
    Only one entry per receipt from a business at Calwell Shopping Centre, will be valid.
    Only one prize per household.
    Winners will be selected through a random draw of all eligible entries. The draw will take place at 7 Webber Street, Calwell on Wednesday 2 September 2015 after 1.00 pm. Winners will be published on the Calwell Shopping Centre website on 3 September 2015.
    Winners will be notified using their supplied phone number and e-mail detail on the day of the draw. Should a winner be un-contactable another winner will be selected after a period of three (3) months. A re-draw would then take place on 2 December 2015 at 7 Webber Street, Calwell. A second announcement will be published on Calwell Shopping Centre website www.calwellshops.com.au on 3 December 2015.
    The same rules will apply until all winners are contacted and confirmed.
    Prizes: 5 Calwell Shopping Centre gift vouchers, $100 each (ie 5 prizes); total prize value $500.
    The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who the Promoter believes acting reasonably either has tampered with the entry process or has submitted an entry which is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
    Prizes are not transferable and the prize is not transferable to cash.
