PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The prize is one Emerald Balcony Suite (Category C) on an Evergreen Tours Emerald ‘Star Ship’ sailing between Nuremberg and Budapest in March, April, September or October 2016, either twin share or a double room.
2. Winners must advise Evergreen Tours of their preferred travel dates by the 1st December 2015
3. Travel blackout periods may apply for the travel Prize.
4. The Prize must be taken by 1st November 2016.
5. The Prize is strictly non‐transferable and non‐negotiable, and may not be replaced or refunded.
6. The Prize does not include any costs associated with travelling to and from the departure and arrival
port(s) in Australia, flights, or airport transfers – these are at the winner’s own expense.
7. Evergreen Tours is not responsible for any additional or incurred costs while winner is travelling.
8. The Prize cannot be used towards flights only, travel insurance, items of a personal nature, meals (other

Entry is free and open to Australian Citizens aged 18 years and over. Employees of Evergreen Tours, Scenic Tours, CLIA, Cruise Passenger, Readers Digest and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. Entries must be submitted via the online entry form or entry page provided by Evergreen Tours (http://www.evergreentours.com.au/cruiseweekcomp/.This promotion is being conducted by Scenic Tours ACN 85 002 715 602 T/A Evergreen Tours ("the Promoter") of Level 1, 11 Brown St, Newcastle, NSW, 2300 and runs from 7 to 25 September 2015. There is one prize which will be awarded to the most correct and creative entry. The Promoter will appoint a panel of judges to evaluate Eligible Entrants' entries. Entries will be judged on the creativity of answers given. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner. Winner is responsible for any associated costs in getting to and from the departure port. Entries close at 5pm AEST 25 September, 2015. One (1) winning entry will be selected by 5pm on 9th October 2015, from all correct entries. Travel blackout periods may apply for the travel prize. The prize is strictly NON‐ TRANSFERABLE & non‐negotiable & may not be replaced or refunded. Entrants can only enter the competition once. Prize‐winner will be notified by Evergreen Tours be notified by phone and/or email by 5pm on 16 October 2015. Results will not be published. This promotion does not involve a round in which players are eliminated. Prize letter will be delivered to prize‐winner within one month of the winner being decided.
