TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Conditions of Entry
1. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoters are Priceline Pty Ltd, ABN 18 005 968 310, located at 250 Camberwell Rd, Camberwell VIC 3124, and Unilever Australia Ltd, ABN 66 004 050 828, located at Level 17, 2 Park Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (Promoters).

3. This offer is open to all Australian residents. Directors, management, employees, officers and contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoters or of the agencies or companies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter. Participants under the age of 18 must first seek permission from their parent or legal guardian.

4. The competition commences on Friday 9th October 2015 at 12:01am, and concludes on Wednesday 4th November 2015 at 11:59pm (Promotional Period). All times are AEDST.

How to enter
5. To enter, eligible individuals must complete the following steps during the Promotional Period:
a. purchase any two (2) Rexona products in one transaction at any Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy store in Australia or via the Priceline online store at www.priceline.com.au;
b. visit www.priceline.com.au/rexona, input the requested details (including their full name, date of birth, telephone number, residential address and a valid email address) and answer in 25 words or less “What’s been your favourite moment from the Hunger Games franchise so far?” and
c. submit the fully completed online entry form.
d. retain the original copy of their Priceline, Priceline Pharmacy store or Priceline online store purchase receipt for all entries as proof of purchase.

6. Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid.

7. Multiple entries permitted, subject to the following:
a. only one (1) entry permitted per specified purchase requirement (i.e. any two (2) Rexona products purchased in one (1) transaction);
b. each entry response must be substantially unique; and
c. each entry must be submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements. For the sake of clarity, individuals are eligible to submit one (1) unique entry for every two (2) Rexona products purchased in one (1) transaction from a participating store during the Promotional Period.

8. Failure to produce the proof of purchase for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoters, result in invalidation of ALL of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize. Purchase receipt(s) must clearly specify the store of purchase as a Priceline or Priceline Pharmacy store or the Priceline online store, and that two (2) Rexona products were purchased during the Promotional Period and prior to entry.

9. It is the responsibility of each eligible entrant to ensure that their details, including their phone number, email address and Priceline Sister Club membership details are correct and up to date.

10. The judging will take place at 1 Garden St, South Yarra VIC 3141 on Thursday 5th November 2015 at 10:00am.

11. The winning entries will be judged on creativity and originality and is subject to the discretion of the judging panel.

12. The winners will be notified by email and/or phone within two (2) business days of their entry being chosen, and name of the winners will be published on www.priceline.com.au/rexona.

13. If the prize is not claimed by 10:00am on Monday 9th November 2015 the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoters reserve the right to conduct further judging at 11:00am on Monday 9th November 2015 at the same location as the original judging as is necessary to distribute the prize.

14. If any redrawn prize is not claimed by Wednesday 11th November 2015 the prize will be forfeited.

15. The judges’ decision in relation to any aspect of the competition is final and binding on each person who enters. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winner. All entries will be judged individually on merit. No correspondence will be entered into.

Major Prize
16. The major prize winner will receive a trip for two (2) people to Los Angeles, California to attend the Los Angeles premiere of ‘The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2’ on Monday 16th November 2015, valued at up to $12,030 depending on point of departure. The prize includes:
• Two (2) return economy airfares from the winner’s nearest capital city to Los Angeles, California (valued up to $3,200 per person, total $6,400)
• Five (5) nights’ accommodation in Los Angeles in minimum 3 star accommodation in one (1) twin share room (check in 15/11/2015, check out 20/11/2015).
• Two (2) tickets to the Los Angeles premiere of The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 on 16th November 2015 at the Nokia Theatre
• Airport transfers to and from accommodation in Los Angeles
• $1000 spending money

17. Prize must be taken between 15/11/2015 and 21/11/2015 and is subject to booking and flight availability. During the entire duration of the prize, a nominated parent/guardian must accompany any person under 18 years of age. The winner and his/her travel companion must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Itinerary to be determined by the Promoters in their absolute discretion. Frequent flyer points will not form part of the prize. Prize is subject to the standard terms and conditions of individual prize and service providers. The winner may be required to present their credit card at time of accommodation check in.

18. Flights include all associated taxes, flight and airline charges.

19. The Winner and their travelling companion must each hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months validity at the time of departure in order to redeem the Prize. Obtaining all travel documents such as passports, visas etc that are required for travel to destinations forming part of the Prize is the responsibility of the Winner and their travelling companion.

20. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner (and their companion) including but not limited to current passports, visas, meals, additional spending money, drinks, incidentals, mini-bar, laundry, room service, telephone calls, activities, gratuities, services charges, travel insurance, pre and post accommodation, optional activities or excursions, travel to and from the Winner’s Australian departure point and all other ancillary costs.

Runner Up Prizes
21. The first ten (10) runners up winners will receive a The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 Merchandise Pack, valued at $250 each.

22. A further one hundred (100) runners up will receive an In Season Double Pass to see The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 2 in cinemas, valued at $40 each.

Other
23. The Prizes must be taken as offered. A prize, or any unused portion of a prize, is not exchangeable and cannot be redeemed as cash. A prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other travel, movie or other product or service offer similar in nature to a prize.

24. The Promoters reserve the right to verify the validity of entries (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any eligible entrant where the Promoter believes that the entry or the entry process has been tampered with or where any entry has been submitted not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

25. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any lost, late, misdirected claims or correspondence due to incorrect entrant information.

26. The Promoters collect entrants' personal information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant may not be able to participate in the promotion. All personal information collected will be dealt with in accordance with Australian privacy laws and the Promoters’ Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.priceline.com.au, and http://www.unilever.com.au/resource/privacypolicy/. The Promoters will not disclose this information to anyone other than contractors who provide services to the Promoters for the purposes of conducting this promotion unless compelled or permitted by law. The contact details of the winning entry may be passed onto a third party for prize notification and fulfilment.

27. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoters, in their discretion, reserve the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority. The Promoters are not responsible or liable for any prize damaged in transit in the delivery of their prize.

28. The Promoters reserve the right, at their sole discretion and without notice, to cancel, modify or suspend these terms and/or this promotion in whole or in part, including, but not limited to in the event of fraud, technical or other difficulties or if the integrity of the Promotion is compromised, subject to any written directions from the various lottery departments and without liability to the participant. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition.

29. The prize (including any unused portion of the prize) cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Promoters who may at their sole discretion, subject to the relevant state authorities, substitute any prize with one of comparable value if the advertised prize is or becomes unavailable for any reason. The Promoter will not replace any lost or stolen prizes, or take responsibility for any broken products in the delivery of the product or after it has been delivered. It is not the responsibility of the Promoters to insure any products.

30. Entrants consent to the Promoters using the entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner (inc. photograph, film, and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited time without notice or remuneration for the purpose of promoting this competition.

31. The total prize value of the promotion is approximately $18,530. The Promoters accept no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. Prize winner is advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent advice prior to acceptance of their prize. In acceptance of a prize, the winner acknowledges that they may incur ongoing incidental costs associated with the prize which are the entire responsibility of the winner.

32. If your entry is selected as a winning entry, validation of your entry will be undertaken by the promoters. Methods of validation (without limitation) will be determined by the promoters in their complete discretion. If the winning entry is deemed to be a winner, the winner will be notified as per the terms and conditions herein. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner and his/her travelling companion may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in ‘it’s’ discretion.

33. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoters (including its officers, employees and agents) and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using any prize.
