THE PROMOTION

Enter online at www.kathmandulivethedream.com (between Thursday 1st October 2015 and Sunday 1st November 2015), and be in to win a trip to Lombok (Promotion).

The Promoter is Kathmandu Limited.

The main Prize:

Return economy airfares and/or transfers to Lombok, Indonesia from your nearest international airport in Australia or New Zealand
A trip for 2 people on World Expeditions 'Rinjani Climb and Gili Islands' (eight days, with accommodation and transport included while on the trip)
The maximum total value of the prize is $6,980 AUD
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The Promotion runs from Thursday 1st October 2015 at 12:01am until Sunday 1st November 2015 at 11:59pm.
The Promoter reserves the right to terminate or withdraw the Promotion at any time.
HOW TO ENTER

Entry into the Promotion is open to current Summit Club members only who correctly complete the entry form online at www.kathmandulivethedream.com
Entry into the Promotion is available only to residents of Australia and New Zealand, except employees of the Promoter or World Expeditions, and their immediate families, who are not eligible to enter.
Entrants must be over the age of 18 to enter.
Entrants may only enter once.
To enter you must tell us where in the world you would most like to go play and why.
The Promoter will judge the entries to determine the winning entrant(s), which it considers, in its sole discretion, to be the most creative and relevant. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The judging of the entries will take place at Kathmandu Ltd, 11 Mary Muller Drive, Hillsborough, Christchurch 8022, New Zealand and will be completed by Friday 21st November 2015 at 12.00pm.
The winner(s) will be notified via email, following the completion of the Promotion.
In the event of an unclaimed prize, where we are unable to contact the winner(s), new winner(s) will be chosen and this will take place at the same venue and time before Friday 19th February 2015.
The new winner(s) will be notified via email following the completion of the Promotion.
By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, entry, city of residence, photograph and/or image for publicity purposes carried out by the Promoter, without payment or compensation.
PRIZE

The winning entry will win a trip for 2 people on World Expedition’s eight day Rinjani Climb and Gili Islands trip.
The prize includes a land only package plus return economy airfares to Lombok, Indonesia from the winner's nearest Australian or New Zealand international airport.
Due to flight/transport schedules, an additional nights accommodation may be required in Bali – this is not included as part of the prize and will be at the winners expense.
The prize is one package worth up to $6,980 AUD and cannot be split up into different packages and must be taken at once and is not transferrable.
Travellers must be over the age of 18 to qualify.
The trip must be booked by 30th June 2016. Travel must be completed by 30th June 2017.
The trip is subject to availability and confirmation by World Expeditions.
Please note that the trip date is subject to the adventure meeting minimum number requirements, please check at time of booking.
Travel insurance is required to be held by all World Expeditions travellers and is not included in the prize. Passports, travel visas required, any other transport as required to and from departure point, single supplement and all other ancillary costs, as well as obtaining any of these, are the responsibility of the winner and their travel companion.

The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability, which cannot be excluded by law. The Promoter will not be responsible for any incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information communicated in the course of or in connection with this promotion if the deficiency is occasioned by any cause outside the reasonable control of the Promoter including without limitation technical malfunctions or failures. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.
In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency, disaster or any other circumstance beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to either provide an alternative travel destination to the same value as the original prize or, subject to any applicable laws or written directions made under applicable legislation, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
LIABILITY

The Promoter, World Expeditions and any other person or party associated with this promotion are not responsible for any problems, delays or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, fax equipment, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a network or a mobile network or any combination thereof, or any other technical failures including any damage to Entrant’s or any other person’s fax equipment, mobile handset, computer or peripherals related to, or resulting from, participation in this promotion or the downloading of any materials related to this Promotion. The Promoter, World Expeditions and any other person or party associated with this promotion shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss), damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (including but not limited to that arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the Promotion or taking any Prize or using any Prize, except any liability that cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
