Three (3) in-store shopping spree winners will be drawn throughout the duration of the competition and awarded weekly on 08/10/2015, 15/10/2015 and 22/10/2015.
The first valid entry drawn on the above dates will receive the prize consisting of one (1) $1,000 City Beach VIP In-Store shopping spree for two (2) persons.
The City Beach VIP in-store shopping spree will occur on Saturday, 21st November 2015 between 6:00-8:00pm. The date is chosen by the Promoter and is not subject to change.
The first valid entry drawn on 05/11/2015 at 3:00pm will receive the grand prize Gold Coast Holiday Package.
Winners of the City Beach VIP In-Store shopping spree are not eligible for the grand prize draw.
The grand prize consists of one (1) Gold Coast Holiday Package to the value of $5,505. Package inclusions consist of two (2) nights at Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise in a 2 bedroom Sky View apartment to the value of $1,300, Gold Coast limo transfers to the value of $1,500 a helicopter tour to the value of $710, dinner for two at Seaduction restaurant to the value of $500, a City Beach gift voucher to the value of $1,000, and one (1) set of personalised plates to the value of $495.
The Grand Prize redemption dates are subject to the availability and terms of conditions of Peppers Soul Surfers Paradise. Blackout dates include 19/12/2015-26/01/2016 and 25/03/2016-25/04/2016.
The grand prize must be redeemed by 30/04/2016.
If the winner lives in excess of 250 kilometers of the greater Gold Coast area and needs to travel via air to claim the grand prize at the Gold Coast, The Promoter will cover up to $500 worth of travel expenses via a $500 Visa Load&Go gift card.
The winner may select a set of Personalised Plates to the maximum value of $495, plate combination subject to availability.
The personalised plate combination content selected by the winner (i.e. numbers and letters combined) ("Content"), is subject to availability and approval by the Promoter. If no option for the final Content can be agreed on between the Promoter and winner, the Promoter will make the final determination as to the Content, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Notwithstanding the above, the Personalised Plate Content must not be deemed by the Promoter to be inappropriate, derogatory, obscene, sexually inappropriate, violent, abusive or racist in nature or promote a criminal organisation or behavior. For the sake of clarity, where the number plate elected by a winner contains a mix of numbers and words (with the numbers resembling letters), if such Content is inappropriate, the Promoter will not allow such number plate to be produced for the winner.

The winner/s (and their companion/s) is/are responsible for all other expenses including meals (unless specified), transfers (unless specified), and all other ancillary costs not outlined in these terms and conditions.
