WIN A PBL 2 Horse Angle Load Float (RRP $14,990)
Terms and Conditions

Winner can opt to have $14,990 worth of any PBL product, prefer a straight load NO PROBLEM or maybe an Alpaca Trailer?

Winning ticket will be drawn 1st January 2016 by LAR officials, the competition may be extended if insufficient number of tickets have been sold. The draw process will be selection of the winning ticket number using internet based program Random.org the first number generated will be the winning number. Arrangements can be made for delivery anywhere in Australia in consultation with Briddon Park (NSW agents for PBL). The promoters are The Good Samaritan Awards Inc. ABN: 78 606 820 170 Trading as Life After Racing CFN/23357
Tickets are sold at $10 each
Any type of PBL Product can be substituted to the same value (RRP $14,990)

Conditions of Entry
The competition is open to all Australian residents, (except the promoter’s employees and their families) who purchase a raffle ticket. The promoters reserve the right to allow or disallow any entrant for any reason they deem necessary in their absolute discretion. The entry details remain the property of the promoters and may be entered into a database for future marketing or promotional activities. For full details refer to the LAR Privacy document.
The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. The winner will be contacted by phone, email and in writing. The result will be published on The Life After Racing website and in The Sydney Morning Telegraph the Monday following the draw. The promoters accept no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Any change between the value of the prizes between the published date and the date the prizes are claimed is not the responsibility of the promoters.
No Liability
Except for liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoters (including it’s officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury, or loss and damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential arising in any way from or out of the competition, including but not limited to, where arising out of the following:

Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction whether under the promoter control
Any theft, unauthorised access or 3rd party interference
Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered or damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt) by the promoters due to any reason  beyond the reasonable control of the promoters;
Any variation in the prize vale or description to that stated in the terms and conditions;
Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant;
Any use or acceptance of the prizes; and
Any travelling in connection with the competition or prizes.Participation in the competition constitutes the entrants unconditional agreement and acceptance of the terms and conditions.
