     Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry. Entry into this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of conditions. Forever New Clothing Pty Ltd, ABN 11 118 100 100, Building 8, Level 4, 576 Swan Street, Richmond, Victoria, Australia, is the Promoter (“Promoter”).
     
     To enter this competition the entrant must subscribe to Forever New database via the Kendall & Kylie competition pop up on www.forevernew.com.au. The entrant must input subscription and contact details. This will include full name, email address, postcode, country, mobile number (if applicable).
     
    The Competition is open to legal residents of Australia & New Zealand only, who have a valid passport and who have reached 18 years of age as of the beginning of the Competition period, and who are not an employee of or domiciled with an employee of the Promoter or its affiliated companies, their advertising and promotional agencies.
     
    The Competition period starts at Sunday 1st November, 2015 at 9am AEST and ends Sunday 8th November, 2015 at 12.00am AEST (“Competition Period”). Entries received outside of the Competition Period will be deemed invalid. 
     
    All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, contain an erroneous phone and/or email address or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the terms and conditions may be disqualified by the Promoter.
     
    Following the conclusion of the Competition Period all entries will be downloaded and placed in a manual draw. The draw will take place at SAM Sales and Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 3207 on Monday 9th November, 2015 at 3.00pm (AEST). The winner will be notified by email (to the email address registered with the Promoter) on the same date. The winner must claim their prize by responding via email before 3.00pm AEST Tuesday 10th November, 2015.
     
    The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
     
    In the event of the prize being unclaimed by 3.00pm AEST Tuesday 10th November, 2015, a further draw will take place to determine replacement winner. The draw will take place at SAM Sales and Marketing, 272 Bay Street, Port Melbourne, Victoria, Australia, 3207 on Wednesday 11th November, 2015 at 3.00pm AEST. The replacement winner will be notified by email (to the email addressed registered with the Promoter) on the same date. The winner must claim their prize by responding via email by 3.00pm Thursday 12th November, 2015. The name of the confirmed winner will be published on the Forever New website and social media pages by 4pm on Thursday 12th November, 2015.
     
    This competition is a game of chance, skill plays no part in determining the winner.

    The prize must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable or otherwise redeemable for cash. The odds of winning the prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.     To claim the prize all entrants must be available to travel to Melbourne from Tuesday 17th November, 2015 to Friday 20th November, 2015 (3 nights) with the appropriate travel documents.
