Taylor's tour will visit Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide and Melbourne in November and December 2015 and we have ten (10) tickets to giveaway for each city!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Registration and entry in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 

2. The Promoter is American Express Australia Limited (ABN 92 108 952 085) of 12 Shelley Street, Sydney NSW 2000 (“the Promoter” ). 

3. Promotion commences at 12.00pm AEDT Monday, 9 November 2015 and closes at 9.00am AEDT Monday 23 November 2015 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. 

Conditions of Entry
4. To be eligible to enter and win (“Eligible Entrants”), entrants must be: 
a) over the age of 18 years; and 
b) the PRIMARY holder of an American Express Card issued by American Express Australia Limited (or Licensed Network Partners detailed in clause 5), and whose account(s) are in good standing. 

5. Card holders of Licensed Network Partners of American Express Australia Limited are also eligible to enter:

6. Supplementary Card Members are ineligible to enter. 

7. Employees of American Express Australia Limited and any other agencies associated with this promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible to enter. 

8. Eligible Entrants must be able to attend the concert location on the date for that concert location (“the Event”). 

The Prize
9. There will be one (1) type of prize: A Reserved Double passes to see Taylor Swift in concert. Details of prizes are described below:
* (a)  Sydney Event location – ANZ Stadium on 28 November 2015 10 x A Reserved Double passes; 

* (b)  Brisbane Event location – Suncorp Stadium on 5 December 2015 10 x A Reserved Double passes; 

Adelaide Event location – Adelaide Entertainment Centre on 7 December 2015 10 x A Reserved Double passes;
(d) Melbourne Event location –AAMI Park on 11 December 2015 10 x A Reserved Double passes;
10. An Eligible Entrant will be eligible to win one (1) of the forty (40) prizes on offer. There will be a total of forty (40) winners. 

11. Each A Reserved Double pass is valued at AUD$340.00. 

12. Total prize pool value is approximately AUD$13,600.00. 

13. Travel and accommodation is not included as part of this prize. 

How to Enter
14. To enter the competition Eligible Entrants must, during the Promotion Period: (a) Visit the ‘American Express Australia’ Facebook Page 
(www.facebook.com/americanexpressaustralia) and go to the Entertainment Offers tab; 
(b) Select the Taylor Swift competition and select the location of the concert they wish to attend (NSW & ACT entrants can only select the Sydney Event location. SA residents can only select the Adelaide event location). All other Eligible Entrants can select any of the Event locations with the understanding that they will need to attend the Event locations at their own cost); and 
(c) Follow the prompts and enter their full name and email address. Eligible Entrants can only enter the competition once per event location. 

15. Eligible Entrants must agree to terms and conditions and to being contacted by the Promoter in conjunction with this competition. 

Draw & Winner Notification
16. The draw will take place at Handling Matters 1-3 Green St, Brookvale NSW 2100 at 11.00 am AEDT on Monday 23 November 2015. Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw, and published on the ‘American Express Australia’ Facebook Page on 24 November 2015. 

17. The draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place at the same time and place as the original draw on 23 February 2016 (to award a prize to alternative concert of equivalent or greater value to the original prize), subject to any directions from a regulatory authority. Winners will be notified by email within 2 business days of the draw, and published on the ‘American Express Australia’ Facebook Page on 25 February 2016. 

18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

19. Prizes will be awarded to the person named on the entry form.
