Terms & Conditions for the "Win This BIke" Competition:

Promoter: Brisbane Motorcycles, 205 Lutwyche Road, Windsor, QLD 4030 (the ‘Promoter’).

1. The Promoter’s terms and conditions for competitions (http://www.brisbanemotorcycles.com.au/termsandconditions, the ‘Standard Terms’) apply to the Win This Bike 2015 Prize Draw (the ‘Competition’).

2. These terms and conditions (defined as the ‘Competition Terms’) apply to the Competition (which is defined as the ‘Rules’).

3. The Competition shall open at 08:00 AEST on 2nd November 2015 (the ‘Opening Date’) and close at 17:00 AEST on Friday 18th December 2015 (the ‘Closing Date’).  This is the ‘Promotion Period’.

4. To enter:  you must meet all of the entry requirements (the ‘Entry’):

    a. Spend at least AUD $150.00 in one transaction in either of the Brisbane Motorcycles Windsor or Brisbane Motorcycles Caboolture stores during the ‘Promotion Period’; and

    b. Fill out an Entry Form, located at each store during the ‘Promotion Period’; and

    c. Agree to comply and be bound by the terms and conditions of this competition.

5. The Competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 or over. The Promoter’s directors, management, employees, retailers, tenants of participating centres and their immediate families together with agencies and suppliers associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter.

6. The Prizes: This Competition contains one draw:

    a. One (1)  Honda CRF50F Motorcycle valued at AUD $2,099.00

7. The Prize-winner will be chosen at 10:00 AEST on Saturday 19th December 2015 (the ‘Draw Date’) at random; the Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use their prize and/or any element of the prize as stated. The Prize is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash.

8. The draw will be conducted at Brisbane Motorcycles Windsor.

9. The Prize-winner will be notified by phone within 3 days of the ‘Draw Date’. The Prize-winner will have 14 days from receipt of the Prize Notification to claim their Prize. If the Prize-winner has not claimed their Prize within this period, the Promoter will draw another winner from all valid entries ‘Second Chance Draw’. The Second Chance Draw winner will be notified by phone within 3 days of the second draw date. The Second Chance Price winner will have 14 days from receipt of the Prize Notification to claim their Prize.

10. The Prize-winner shall collect their Prize from Brisbane Motorcycles Windsor.

11. The name of the Prize-winner will be announced on the Brisbane Motorcycles Facebook page, along with the Brisbane Motorcycles website (http://www.brisbanemotorcycles.com.au)

12. This promotion is run by the Promoter, and complies with Category 4 Promotional Games under the Charitable and Non-Profit Gaming Act 1999.

13. By taking part in this Competition you will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Rules as amended from time to time.

14. The value of the prize is accurate at the commencement of the Promotion and is based on the recommended retail price. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize.

15. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.

16. The Prize DOES NOT include any other associated costs which may be payable as consequences of winning the prize, and that any other associated costs are the sole responsibility of the prize winner.

17. The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive an entry or for inaccurate information or incomplete entry form.

18. If the Prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

19. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age and/or identity from the Prize winner. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter whose decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who provides false information, fails to provide information, conspires with others to gain an unfair advantage or who is otherwise involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this promotion.

20. Entries remain the property of the Promoter. Details from entries may be collected and used for the purposes of conducting this promotion and for promotional purposes surrounding this promotion. By entering this promotion entrants consent to the use of their information as described and agree that the Promoter may use this information in any media for future promotional purposes without any further reference or payment to the entrant.

21. Entrants will be subscribed to the Brisbane Motorcycles email list. Entrants may unsubscribe at any time.

22. Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who forged, manipulated or tampered with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who does not provide all information requested on the entry form, where applicable.

LIABILITY

Brisbane Motorcycles accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury (other than our liability for personal injury or death as a result of our negligence) or disappointment of any kind suffered by any entrant in entering the Competition, including as a result of any entrant winning or not winning any prize.
