Entry Restrictions If under 18 years of age, entrants must be accompanied by a parent or
guardian 18 years of age or over while taking the Major Prize.
Entrants aged under 18 years must obtain the consent of their parent or
legal guardian to enter the promotion and provide personal information
about themselves. All entries of entrants who are under the age of 18
years and enter the promotion without disclosing (or attempting to
conceal) their age (as and where required) and/or do not provide the
required parental or guardian consent (as and where required) will be
deemed invalid. These Terms of Entry will bind the entrants and any
parent or legal guardian who gives their consent (for entrants aged under
18 years). If the Major Prize winner is aged under 18 years, the Major
Prize will be awarded to the parent or legal guardian who consented to
the winner registering in the promotion on behalf of the winner, at the
sole discretion of the Promoter, and that parent or legal guardian must
accompany the winner for the duration of the Major Prize (if applicable).
The Promoter may require entrants to provide proof of age in a form
acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant be unable to satisfy this
requirement, the entrant will be ineligible for a Minor Prize or the Major
Prize.
Entrants and their companions must be able to take the Major Prize
between Saturday December 19, 2015 and Sunday December 20, 2015.
Dates and schedules of the Major Prize are not under the Promoter’s
control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility
for any date or schedule changes.
Entrants and their companions must be able to attend the 33rd Annual
Woolworths Carols in the Domain at The Domain, Royal Botanic
Gardens, Sydney, NSW on Saturday December 19, 2015.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their
companion/s (or their parent/legal guardian where the entrant and/or
their companion is under 18 years of age) must sign an indemnity and
exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in
the Major Prize.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any
promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to
their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.

Entrants must provide a nominated valid Australian bank account (or the
nominated bank account of the winner’s parent/guardian if the winner is
under 18 years of age) as requested by the Promoter, in the event that
the entrant is the Major Prize winner.
Promotion Period The promotion begins at 3.30pm (AEDT) on Friday November 27, 2015.
Entries into the promotion close at 9am (AEDT) on Thursday December
3, 2015.
