    The promoter is: [The Wood Family Trust T/A Careme Pastry Ltd (ABN 40 386 919 363)] whose registered office is at [ 7 Petras Street Tanunda SA 5352].
    The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Careme Pastry and employees of distributors of Careme Pastry and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
    There is no entry fee.
    By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

    Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
    Closing date for entry will be 18th December 2015. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
    No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
    The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Customers can enter by purchasing any product from the Careme Pastry retail range marked with a 10 year anniversary sticker. Entry in to the competition is via www.caremepastry.com. The sticker contains a unique code, which the customer needs to enter in to the allocated Careme Pastry web page entry form. Only one entry per packet is permitted. Drawn winner must be able to provide proof of purchase in the form of a store receipt.
    The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
    The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
    Draw Details: 10 individual prizes will be drawn over a 10 week period, starting on Friday 9th October 2015 then every Friday up to and including Friday 18th December 2015. Draw will take place at 11am on each Friday at the Premises of Careme Pastry – 7 Petras Street Tanunda SA 5355. If a prize is unavailable the promoter will substitute a prize to equal or greater value subject to relevant state and territory regulations.
    The prize is as follows:. Each prize consists of a Luxury Picnic Basket and Picnic Blanket valued at $220.
    The prize is not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
    Winners will be chosen at random by a computer software program, from all entries received and verified by promoter.
    The winner will be notified by telephone, and in writing via email within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and a new draw for any unclaimed prizes will take place 3 months from the date the promotion which finishes on 18th December 2015. A new draw will take place on 18th March, 2016 at 10am ACDT. The Draw will take Place at Careme Pastry, 7 Petras Street, Tanunda, South Australia. The New winner will be notified in writing via eamil and contacted by Phone.
    The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
    The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
    Collecting Personal Information: When you enter the competition or if you are the selected as a winner and awarded the prize, we collect your personal information, such as first name, state, telephone number, e-­‐mail address and the mailing address. With out your personal information, we may not be able to effectively run the competition, select a winner and award a prize.
    The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection and privacy legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.
