1. The Promoter of this competition is NeV Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 94 146 100 665), 93 O’Riordan St, Alexandria NSW 2015.
2. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any instructions relating to the
competition on the promoter's website form part of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The promoter may in its discretion refuse to award any prize to any entrant who fails to comply with these Terms and
Conditions.
ELIGIBILITY
4. Entry to the competition is open to residents of NSW & VIC only.
5. An entrant's residential postcode will determine whether they reside in NSW or VIC for the purpose of this competition.
6. An entrant must be an individual and not a company or organisation. Employees of the promoter and any person
associated with the competition, or with the provision of the prize(s), are not eligible to enter.
7. If an entrant is under 18 years of age, they must get the permission of a parent or guardian before entering this
competition.
COMPETITION PERIOD
8. The competition opens at 0500 AEST on Tuesday, 1
st December 2015 & closes at 2359 AEST on Sunday, 31st January 2016.
9. Any entry received after the expiry of the competition period will be deemed invalid. No responsibility is accepted for late,
lost, delayed or misdirected entries.
HOW TO ENTER
10. To enter the competition, you must complete an entry form including your name, email address and telephone number
at any of the following gyms; Hard Candy Fitness, Crunch Fitness, UFC Gym Sydney.
11. While you may enter the competition more than once, you cannot win more than one prize. You must submit a properly
completed entry form each time you wish to enter the competition.
YOUR ENTRY
12. By submitting your contact details for entry you are happy to receive communications from the Promoter unless stated
otherwise.
13. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event that they are a winner in
any media for an unlimited period of time without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any
outcome) and/or promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
PRIZES
14. The Prize (to the value of AUD$5,000) only includes the following;
a. x2 adults economy class return airfares from Sydney or Melbourne International Airport to Rarotonga, Cook Islands.
b. X6 night’s accommodation at Vai Villas (for two adults).
c. Spa Treatment – ‘Escape Together Package’ for 2 at Rumours Rarotonga (NZD$495)
OR Spa treatment of same or lesser value during 6-night stay in Rarotonga.
d. Windsurf lessons for 2 at Kitesup Rarotonga (NZD$360)
OR Outdoor activity of same or lesser value during 6-night stay in Rarotonga.
e. Remaining value of trip up to AUD$5000 provided on travel visa card at the time of booking the above.
15. Total RRP Value of the prize pool is AUD$5000.
16. Travel must be taken outside of peak travel times. Dates to be agreed between the winner and promoter.

FURTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
17. All costs outside of the total prize pool, including travel insurances and passport applications, which may be payable as a
consequence of receiving the prize is the sole responsibility of the Winner.
18. Winner will be drawn on Friday 5th February 2016 and notified in writing within 2 days of the draw, as well as announced
on the websites: www.ufcgymsydney.com, www.hardcandyfitness.com.au, www.crunch.com.au and relevant company
Facebook pages.
19. Winner must claim prizes by 17:00AEDT Friday 19th February 2016. If necessary, a second chance draw will be held on
Friday 6th May 2016 at the same time and place as the first draw in order to distribute any unclaimed prize/s. Winner/s will
be notified in writing within 2 days of the draw and published on the websites: www.ufcgymsydney.com,
www.hardcandyfitness.com.au, www.crunch.com.au
20. Prizes are not variable or transferable (unless otherwise specified). Prizes are not redeemable for cash. The Promoter's
decision is final and binding - no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or
misdirected entries or other communications. Entries will be deemed void if illegitimate, forged, manipulated or tampered
with in any way.
21. In the event that any prize (or any part of the prize) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the
Promoter may substitute a prize (or the relevant part of a prize) with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written
directions from the various lottery authorities.
22. The Promoter reserves the right to request verification of age, identity, residential address of the Winner and any other
information relevant to entry into or participation in this promotion. Verification is at the discretion of the Promoter, whose
decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any individual who submits an entry that is not in accordance
with these terms and conditions, or who is involved in any way in interfering or tampering with the conduct of this
promotion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
23. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury suffered (even if caused by negligence) as a result of
accepting and/or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
