1. The Cyclone of Cash promotion will be held at SKYCITY Darwin every Friday, Saturday and
Sunday between the 1
st and 30th of January 2016.
2. Draws will be held half hourly during the following periods:
 Fridays 9pm – 12 midnight (7 draws)
 Saturdays 2pm – 4pm & 9pm – 12 midnight (12 draws)
 Sundays 2pm – 7.30pm (12 draws)
3. The following are ineligible to enter this promotion:
i. SKYCITY staff, of any capacity
ii. Spouses and/or de-facto spouses of SKYCITY staff
iii. Persons under the age of 18 years
iv. Any person who at the time of the promotion/draw is excluded under the relevant
provisions of the Northern Territory Gaming Legislation
v. Players of IB-Domestic or IB-International Business levels.
4. This promotion is exclusive to Premier Rewards members who play Electronic Gaming
Machines or Table Games using their Premier Rewards membership card.
5. To be eligible to participate in this promotion Premier Rewards members must be actively
playing on a gaming machine or table game using their Premier Rewards card at draw
time.
6. Each draw will be made using the Hot Seat Promotion software V1.1.0, which will randomly
select a player who is playing on a gaming machine or table game using their Premier
Rewards card. The promotion host duty will simply press ‘select player’, which will then
provide the following information:
a) Location
b) Player ID (membership number)
c) Player’s Name
7. On receiving this information, the promotion host will go to the location and verify the
player’s name, membership number and will check government issued photo ID if
required. The member’s number will be announced only when the host reaches the location
and has verified the person’s details.
8. The member must be present and playing at the location to be the winner of the draw. If
the seat is empty when the host gets to the location or if a different person other than the
selected player is seated there, a redraw will be undertaken, as per item 6.
9. The winning member (participant) whose number has been selected will be invited to play
‘Cyclone of Cash’. If the member is physically unable to participate, they may nominate
another person to play for them. The person must be over 18 years old and must comply
with item 3. The member whose number was selected will be awarded what is won.
10. The participant, or their nominated person, has 3 minutes in which to make their way to
the cash cube and be ready to commence their turn. Failure to do so may result in another
draw being undertaken.
11. Each participant will be given an apron and a pair of safety goggles which must be worn.
The participant has 30 seconds in the ‘Cyclone of Cash’ cash cube to catch as many
promotional dollars as they can. Only promotional dollars that the participant has managed
to place in the apron pocket will be counted.

12. A total of $5,000 worth of promotional dollars will be scattered at the base of the cash
cube, prior to the start of each session. The promotional dollar denominations are:
a) 200 x $5 notes
b) 100 x $10 notes
c) 50 x $20 notes
d) 20 x $50 notes
e) 10 x $100 notes
13. Participants must not grab below their knees, trap promotional dollars against walls, or
have adhesive on hands or clothing. Neither must they pick promotional dollars off the
floor, collect them before the machine is blowing or place them in their clothing or
anywhere else on their person. The apron cannot be picked up and used as a catcher for
the promotional dollars.
14. Following the participants 30 seconds in the cash cube, their promotional dollars will be
counted and the amount will be announced over the PA. The host will then accompany the
participant to the Cashiers desk and the promotional dollars will be exchanged for cash.
15. Members are only eligible to play once per day. If they have already played on the day and
their number is selected again, this will be called a void number and another selection
undertaken.
16.As per item 25 of the Terms & Conditions for the ‘Premier Rewards’ loyalty program,
‘Members are not permitted to accrue points or benefits as a result of play by another
person’. If a person is using a members card that is not their own whilst playing on a
gaming machine or table game, and that member number is selected (as per process
described in item 6), it will called a void number and the person and/or member may be
disqualified from taking part in the promotion.
17. SKYCITY Darwin reserves the right to alter or cancel any aspect of this promotion at any
time.
18. In the event of any dispute, the decision of SKYCITY Darwin’s management is final and no
correspondence will be entered in to, subject to (upon request) a review by the Director
General of Licensing, Gambling and Licensing Services, NT Department of Business.
19.SKYCITY Darwin shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered
(including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is
suffered or sustained, as a result of playing or taking any of the prizes, except for any
liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20.SKYCITY Darwin reserves the right to use publicity photos, in any reasonable manner they
see fit, unless that person advises SKYCITY Darwin at the time of entering the promotion
that they wish to retain their anonymity. Entrants also acknowledge that their photo may
be used for promotional display at SKYCITY Darwin or on the SKYCITY Darwin website.
21. Your information is used for the purpose of entering you in the promotion. We may also
send you information about our products and services. You may request access to your
information and request that it be corrected at any time. If you wish to request access to
