Throughout the registration period WSFM, GOLD 104.3 and 4KQ will invite listeners to enter by taking a photo of their most creative Helga’s toast and sandwich combinations using Helga’s bread and upload it via one of the following methods:
1) Upload their photo via Instagram, Facebook or Twitter using the hashtag #helgaspostyourtoast
OR:
2) Visit the dedicated Helga’s “Win” page on
www.wsfm.com.au, www.gold1043.com.au www.4kq.com.au , upload their photo and complete the online registration form
All valid entries received will be judged by the Promoter based on the criteria listed in item 13 below. The entries deemed the ‘best’ from all entries received (as determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion) will be awarded the Minor Prize. The top Minor Prize winner will be deemed the Major Prize winner and Awarded the Prize at the Helga’s Brunch Event.
Photos must contain only images of the Helga’s bread toast or sandwich combinations and by submitting this photo the entrant expressly
and
consents to the images being used by Helga’s for the purposes of this competition. Photos must not contain any material which is obscene, defamatory, breaches privacy or is otherwise deemed by the Promoter as inappropriate.
For all entries via Facebook, Instagram and Twitter the entrant’s Profile must be set to “Public” for the duration of the competition period – competition closes 0530am AEDST Thursday 28 January 2016

Minor Prizing
There will be a maximum of twenty (20) prizes given away in NSW. Each prize comprises two tickets to attend an exclusive brunch hosted by Tobie Puttock at the “Helga’s Brunch” on Saturday 30 January from 10- 12pm, valued at $75 per head
There will be a maximum of one (1) prize given away in VIC, comprising the following:
 Return economy flights for two people from Melbourne to Sydney on Friday 29 January and returning on Saturday 30 January. Travel times are yet to be determined by the Promoter. Entrants must be available to travel on these dates in order to claim their prize.
 1 x night twin-share accommodation on Friday 29 January staying at The Four Seasons Hotel, 199 George St Sydney
 Return Sydney airport/hotel transfers and transfers to the event on Saturday 30 January
 two tickets to attend an exclusive brunch hosted Tobie Puttock at the “Helga’s Brunch” on Saturday 30 January from 10-12pm, valued at $75 per head
There will be a
maximum of one (1) prize given away in QLD, comprising the following:
 Return economy flights for two people from Brisbane to Sydney on Friday 29 January and returning on Saturday 30 January. Travel times are yet to be determined by the Promoter. Entrants must be available to travel on these dates in order to claim their prize.
 1 x night twin-share accommodation on Friday 29 January staying at The Four Seasons Hotel, 199 George St Sydney
 Return Sydney airport/hotel transfers and transfers to the event on Saturday 30 January
 two tickets to attend an exclusive brunch hosted by Tobie Puttock at the “Helga’s Brunch” on Saturday 30 January from 10-12pm, valued at $75 per head
Major Prize
There will be one (1) major prize, comprising a culinary trip for two (2) around Australia including flights, accommodation, transfers and dining in up to 3 of Australia’s most renowned restaurants to the value of $10,000 (inc GST).
Travel dates and details of the major prize are yet to be confirmed and
are subject to availability at the time of booking.
The Promoter will liaise with the winner on suitable dates and details following major prize winner announcement. Restaurants (and corresponding flights and accommodation) will be chosen by the Promoter in its discretion and will be themed around the winner’s location and preferences.

Total maximum value of minor prizes to be given away in NSW: $3,000 (inc GST)
Total maximum value of minor prizes to be given away in VIC: $1,850 (inc GST)
Total maximum value of minor prizes to be given away in QLD: $1,850 (inc GST)
Total maximum value of major prize: $10,000 (Inc GST)
Total maximum value of all prizes: $17,450

Listeners may enter as many times as they like but may only win once during the competition period.
The promotion is not open to:
(a) employees of, or contractors to, the Promoter or any of its agencies involved with the Promotion;
(b) the spouse, de facto spouse, parent, natural or adopted child, or sibling (whether natural or adopted by a parent) of such employees and contractors (whether or not they live in the same household);
(c) any person who is discovered to have used or attempted to use any more than one name in order to qualify to win any Promotion run by the Promoter except in the case of a legal change of name;
(d) any person where that person or anyone from the same family or household has won a prize or prizes from the Promoter on the radio station valued either individually or collectively at more than $500 in the 30 days prior to the commencement of the Promotion.

Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to enter.

As per Section 8: How to Enter
The promoter’s decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

14: Draw date & Time & Address

At 9am on Thursday 28 January 2016 a representative of the Australian Radio Network will select the most original and creative entries from all eligible entries to be awarded a minor prize.
The selection of winners and the awarding of the Prizes is subject to the Special Conditions below and all of the terms and conditions of this competition.
This decision will be at the complete discretion of the promoter.

15: Method of Winner Notification

Winners will be contacted via phone and email.

16: Date of Winner Notification
Minor prize winners will be contacted immediately following the winner selection process on Thursday 28 January 2016.
The major prize winner will be announced at the Helga’s Brunch Event on Saturday 30 January 2016.

17 Unclaimed Prize Draw Date & Time & Address

All prizes are only valid for the dates stated – if winners are unable to use the prize on the specified dates they are unable to be replaced or exchanged for alternative dates.
