How does a person get an entry in the promotion or competition?
Entry is via playing Buzzy TV games via www.buzzytv/IMB at the Wollongong IMB Bank
Sunset Cinema during the promotion period and accepting the terms and conditions
presented.
Residents of which State(s) or Territory(s) qualify?
These competitions are open to NSW residents, over 18 years of age only.
What does a person need to do once it is established they are eligible to enter the draw?
Entry is automatic to eligible participants once they agree to enter and accept the terms and
conditions presented to them after playing the Buzzy TV games.
These Special Terms and Conditions of entry apply to all persons eligible to enter the IMB
Bank Sunset Cinema Wollongong Season Major Prize Draw. Please note the General
Conditions of Entry into Competitions and Promotions held by IMB Ltd trading as IMB
Bank also apply to persons entering this promotion or competition. Please enquire at IMB

Times and dates when entries open and close:
Entries open at 7pm on Saturday, 26th December, 2015 and closes at 8.20pm on Saturday,
27th February, 2016 (the “Promotion Period”).
Prize/s to be given:
1x $1000.00 to be deposited by IMB into an IMB Transaction Account in the Winner’s name.
Value of Prize/s:
The total Prize value is $1000.00.
Time, Date and Place for determination of winner/s:
A winner will be drawn at 3:00 pm on Friday 4th March 2016, at IMB Bank Head Office, 253-
259 Crown Street, Wollongong NSW 2500.
How winner/s will be decided:
The Winner will be the first eligible entry drawn by random barrel draw on the day of the
draw.
How will the winner be informed:
The Winner will be informed by telephone on the day of the draw and also will be published
on the IMB Bank Website.
Any other comments:
Entry is limited to one entry per person.
If the prize remains unclaimed for 3 months a second chance draw for the unclaimed prize
will be held at the same time and place on Monday, 4th June, 2016
The $1000.00 Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Winner will receive the
Prize by way of a direct deposit from IMB Bank into an IMB Transaction Account opened in
the Winners name.
If a Winner does not have an existing IMB Transaction Account in their name, they will be
required to meet normal account opening requirements to claim their Prize.
Participants should be aware that data charges may apply from their mobile phone provided
in playing games via Buzzy TV (buzzytv.com/IMB).
The Promoter is not responsible for any fees, charges or loss in relation to an entrant using
