BETTS WANDERLUST COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Win your wanderlust! Travel in style to the destination of your choice. Enter our competition for your chance to win your holiday boarding pass plus a new Betts wardrobe.

1. All information published by the Promoter concerning entry into the Competition and Competition prizes forms part of these terms and conditions of entry. Entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions of entry.

2. The promoter of the Competition is Betts Group Pty Ltd (ABN 41 008 675 929) of 32 Millrose Drive, Malaga, Western Australia (the Promoter).

3. Participants can successfully enter the competition by purchasing any pair of ladies Betts for Her shoes (excludes non- branded Betts for Her product eg. Airflex, Sketchers, Kardashian Kollection) from a Betts or Betts for Her store or online at www.betts.com.au. Once a purchase has been made, entrants must complete the official entry form found online at www.betts.com.au/bettswanderlust, including their receipt number (only one entry per receipt number).

4. The Competition commences at 9am AEST, Monday, August 10, 2015 and closes at 11.59pm AEST, Monday, February 29, 2016. All registrations are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter’s database.

5. The winner will receive: 1x $3,000.00 Flight Centre Gift Voucher and 10x Betts for Her products to the value of $1,000.00. Prizes are not exchangeable or transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Total prize value is $4,000.00.

6. The winner will be chosen at the discretion of the Promoter by a random selection and be contacted on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 via the contact details provided at the time of entry.

7. The winner must claim the prize within three weeks from the initial contact by the Betts Group. If a prize remains unallocated or unclaimed, this prize will be forfeited.

7.1 The Flight Centre Gift Voucher must be redeemed as per the Flight Centre Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions.

7.2 Winner must liaise with the marketing team (marketing@bettsgroup.com.au) and nominate a Betts or Betts for Her store to claim their prize from. The winner must nominate a maximum of three dates to visit the store in order to claim their prize. All items must be chosen and collected by June 30, 2016.

8. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate as required with all reasonable media editorial requests relating to the prize, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed.

9. All entries become the property of the Promoter. The Promoter collects personal information about participants to enable participants to participate in this Competition (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing and conducting the Competition) but no further use of this information will be made without the participant’s prior consent. Each participant agrees to his or her personal information being disclosed to State and Territory Lottery Departments and being published (if he or she wins a prize) as required under the relevant lottery legislation.

10. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the promoter (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Competition, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:

10.1. Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control).

10.2. Any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference.

10.3. Any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.

10.4. Any variation in prize value to that stated in these Terms and Conditions.

10.5. Any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant.

10.6. Use of a prize.

11. Employees and relatives (as defined by the Corporations Act 2001 (the Act) of employees of:

11.1. the Promoter;

11.2. service providers associated with the Competition; and

11.3. a related party or associated entity (as defined in the Act) of the persons specified in paragraph 11.1 and 11.2 above, are not eligible to enter the Competition.

12. If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to any written directions from the a regulatory authority.

13. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

14. The laws of the State of Western Australia, State regulatory bodies (and where applicable the Commonwealth of Australia) shall apply to the Competition.
