Take a photo at this year's Apple & Grape Harvest Festival & win!

You may enter between 26 February & 9 March 2016.

There are multiple ways to enter. Participants may enter by any one of the following methods:

Entry Page:

You can directly upload photos to the contest entry page which will be available when the contest goes live on 26 February.

Twitter:

Upload a public photo to Twitter. In the photo description you MUST tag #appleandgrapefestival and mention @AppleGrapeFest.

Instagram:

Upload a public photo to Instagram. In the photo description you MUST tag #appleandgrapefestival and mention @AppleGrapeFest.

Total prize pool is $1000.

First place $200
Second place $100
Third place $50
26 runners up will receive $20 each
The winners will be selected by votes from the general public via Stanthorpe Apple & Grape Harvest Festival Facebook page.

Winners will be sent cheques to the value of their prize. Prizes can only be sent to Australian addresses, so entrants must be in Australia until the end of March 2016 to receive their prize.

DATES

Entries open Friday 26 February 2016 9am and close Wednesday 9 March 2016 at 11.59pm Queensland time (GMT + 10).

VOTING

Voting opens 12:00am Thursday 10 March 2016 and closes 11.59 Sunday 13 March 2016.

The winner will be voted by the public using the Woobox voting app.

OTHER

Photos may not include obscene, offensive or inappropriate material or defame any person, or otherwise infringe on any person’s proprietary rights. All photos submitted will be reviewed by Apple & Grape Harvest Festival Directors at its sole and absolute discretion to determine its appropriateness before it is published and made available for voting.

Your entry may be judged void if it is in whole or in part late, misdirected or incomplete, or contains false information, or does not conform with or satisfy any or all of the conditions of these terms, as determined by Apple & Grape Harvest Festival at its sole and absolute discretion.

On 13 March 2016, the entrant whose photos acquire the highest number of votes will be announced on the Stanthorpe Apple & Grape Harvest Festival Facebook page as the winner(s). 

Votes are limited to one per Facebook user per day, and must be submitted via the Woobox app on the contest page. The selected winner will be notified by email. To be confirmed a winner, a selected entrant must respond to the email notification within five (5) business days of it being sent. If any selected entrant cannot be contacted and confirmed a winner as above, his/her entitlement to receive a prize may be forfeited, and prize may be awarded to the entry whose photo acquires the next highest number of votes. Prize will be mailed to the confirmed winner.

In the event that there is an insufficient number of eligible entries, the Apple & Grape Harvest Festival reserves the right not to award the prize. Prize must be accepted as awarded, without substitution, transfer or assignment. Prize is non-refundable and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY/CONSENT TO PUBLICITY

Winners of the prizes (the top 29 entries): by entering the contest you consent to and grant The Apple & Grape Harvest Festival (Stanthorpe Festivals Association Inc.) a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use your entry for publicity, advertising or informational purposes, including posting on the Apple & Grape Harvest Festival website, blog and social media pages, without further notice or compensation.

When we use your photos, the photographer name will be acknowledged where possible (e.g. on credits page, on alt text, on captions where appropriate).
