Entrants and their companion/s must be 18 years of age or over.
The Promoter may require entrants and their companion/s to provide proof of age in a form acceptable to the Promoter. Should an entrant or their companion/s be unable to satisfy this requirement, the entrant will be ineligible to attend the Event or receive an entry to the Major Prize Draw.
Entrants and their companion/s must be able to attend “Nova’s Endless Summer Party” on Friday 11th March 2016 between 18:00 PM and 21:00 PM AEST at Cloudland 641 Ann St, Fortitude Valley QLD 4006 (or other such time, date or location as notified to the entrant by the Promoter in its discretion) (the Event).
Dates and schedules of the Event and the Major Prize are not under the Promoter’s control and are subject to change. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any date or schedule changes.
An entrant who has won prizes to the value of $10,000 or more, in any promotion(s) run by the Promoter in the previous six (6) months prior to their Entry in this promotion is ineligible to enter this promotion.
Major Prize
To be eligible to win the Major Prize, entrants must be able to attend the Major Prize Draw at the Event. The Minor Prize winner and their companion/s must be registered to attend the Event by the time specified by the Promoter at the time of awarding the Minor Prize.
If requested by the Promoter (in its sole discretion), entrants and their companion/s must sign an indemnity and exclusion of liability form in order to be eligible to win and participate in the Major Prize.
Entrants and their companions must be able to take the relevant Major Prize within six (6) months from Friday 11th March 2016.
Entrants and their companions must be the holder of a current passport with at least 6 months validity from the travel date of the Major Prize.
The Major Prize winner and their companion are responsible for any visa requirements associated with the relevant Major Prize. If the winner and/or their companion are unable to obtain a relevant visa or travel document, and/or is refused entry into either the USA, Bora Bora and Thailand, the winner may forfeit their Major Prize.
Phone Entry
Each day during the Promotion Period, between Monday 22nd February and Friday 11th March 2016, between 6:00AM (AEST) and 16:00PM (AEST):]
(a) entrants will be invited by the Promoter to call 13 24 10 within a specific time period;
(b) from the entrants who successfully call 13 24 10, up to ten (10) entrants will be randomly selected by the Promoter (each, a Selected Entrant);
(c) the Selected Entrant may be invited to appear on air (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion), and will be awarded a Minor Prize (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion).
Each Selected Entrant who is awarded a Minor Prize will be asked by a representative of the Promoter (off air) to provide their contact details (including their mobile telephone number, age and current and valid email address) for the purposes of awarding the Minor Prize.
If for any reason a Selected Entrant is unable to, or declines to, appear on air, or their phone line drops out, the Promoter (at its sole and absolute discretion) may decide to replace that Selected Entrant by randomly selecting another entrant who successfully called 13 24 10 and inviting them to appear on air as a Selected Entrant. The Promoter will repeat this process until an entrant confirms their eligibility and ability to appear on air as a Selected Entrant.
For the avoidance of doubt, if an entrant is spoken to by a representative of the Promoter, it does not mean they have been selected as a Selected Entrant, and they may not be invited to appear on air and/or be awarded a Minor Prize.
Online entry
During the Promotion Period, commercials / live announcements will air across the Station inviting entrants to visit:
(a) the Station Website and fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number and current and valid email address; or
(b) Social Media pages of the Promoter and follow the instructions on how to enter the Promotion.
The Promoter will then randomly select and contact up to Fifty (50) Minor Prize winners (Selected Entrants) from all valid entries received via the above online entries during the Promotion Period.
Each Minor Prize winner will be invited to attend the Event. Minor Prize winners and their companion/s must be registered with the Promoter to confirm their attendance and must be present at the Event in order to be eligible to win the Major Prize.
Selected Entrants may nominate a proxy to attend the Event on their behalf (Proxy) (Proxy must be 18 years of age or over) if they are unable
to attend the Event for any reason the selected Entrant/s must advise the Promoter by 4:00PM AEST on Thursday 10th March 2016 if they wish to nominate a Proxy to attend the Event on their behalf. In the event that a Selected Entrant’s Proxy is drawn first in any of the Major Prize Draws, the relevant Major Prize will be provided to the Selected Entrant only and not to the Proxy attending the Event on the Selected Entrant’s behalf.
Selected Entrants who are unable to attend, or are unable to nominate a Proxy to attend the Event on their behalf by the time specified above will be deemed ineligible to enter the Major Prize Draw.
Nova’s Endless Summer Party (the Event) and Major Prize Draw
Each Minor Prize winner (and up to three (3) companion/s, companion/s must be aged 18 years of age or over) will be invited to attend the Event.
For the avoidance of doubt, the number of tickets allocated to each Minor Prize winner for companions at the Event is at the Promoter’s sole and absolute discretion.
Minor Prize winners and their companion/s must attend the Event and be registered with a representative of the Promoter by the specified time on Friday 11th March 2016 (to be determined and advised by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion closer to the Event date) in order to be eligible to be entered into the Major Prize Draw.
For the avoidance of doubt, Minor Prize winners and their companion/s who successfully attend the Event and register by the specified time (as determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion) are eligible to enter the Major Prize Draw.
At the Event, the Promoter will conduct a Major Prize Draw in accordance with Draw Details as set out below.
The first valid entry drawn from the Major Prize Draw will be awarded the Major Prize.
The Major Prize winner must be present at the Event at the time of the Major Prize Draw to be eligible to win the Major Prize. If the first valid entry drawn is not present at the Event at the time of the Major Prize Draw, they will not be awarded the Major Prize, and the next valid entry drawn from the Major Prize Draw will be awarded the Major Prize.
For phone entry - One (1) entry per person, per competition spot each day during the Promotion Period. Up to twenty (20) per day.ay.
For online entry - Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish however each entry must independently comply with these Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may only win one (1) Minor Prize each.
Minor Prize winners and their companions may only receive one (1) entry each into the Major Prize Draw each.
