Settle a home loan with Loans4Me and participate in a short survey about your experience with us for your chance to win either an Apple iWatch, $500 Coles Myer Gift Card or a $500 Bunnings Gift Card. There is one winner every month. The survey is sent to customers with a recently settled loan and a valid email address in the first few weeks of the month.

1.These Terms and Conditions apply to the 'Win an iPad Game of Skill' competition offered by Australian Finance Group Ltd ABN 11 066 385 822 ('AFG' 'we' or 'us') Level 4, 100 Havelock Street, West Perth WA 6005 (the 'Competition'). AFG is the promoter of the Competition. 
2.By entering the Competition you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. We recommend you read these Terms and Conditions in full.
3.The opening date is the first day of the relevant month (being the month in which you complete the online survey provided to you by your AFG mortgage broker in accordance with paragraph 8 below)
4.The closing date is the last day of the relevant month.
5.Your entry must be received by us by 23:59 (11:59pm) Australian Western Standard Time on the closing date of the relevant month.  No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
6.The winner will be decided in the first week of the following month and will be notified by telephone after this time.
7.The Competition is a game of skill.  Chance plays no part in the determination of the winner.  Each entry will be individually judged, in AFG's absolute discretion, according to its merits and based on set criteria determined by us.
8.It is a condition of entry to the Competition that you complete the online survey provided to you by your AFG mortgage broker. 
9.Only one entry is permitted per person. 
10.The Competition is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
11.The judge's decision is final. There will only be one winner and no correspondence will be entered into. 
12.The winner will receive a new 16GB iPad with Retina display and WiFi valued at A$449(RRP). Prize is device only.  We are not responsible for any usage costs or charges.  If the prize is unavailable we reserve the right to substitute a prize of at least equivalent value.
13.The prize is non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 
14.Any incorrect entrant details may render the entry invalid.  It is the entrant's responsibility to inform us of any change in their personal information including contact details.  If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the person whose name is on the completed survey. 
15.The prize will be delivered by courier to the winner's specified address in Australia within 28 days of the Competition being drawn.  If we are unable to deliver the prize to the winner's specified address after making reasonable efforts to do so, the prize will be forfeited and will remain the property of AFG.  
16.To the extent permitted by law, AFG has no responsibility if the prize is stolen, lost, or damaged in transit; or for any defects in, or malfunction of, the prize. 
17.Employees of AFG and their immediate families and AFG Members associated with this promotion and their employees and immediate families are ineligible to enter.
18.We reserve the right to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and address) and to disqualify any entrant (including the winning entrant) who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that, in our opinion, is not in a accordance with these Terms and Conditions, illegal, objectionable, potentially insulting, defamatory or otherwise not in keeping with the spirit of the Competition.
19.We may, in our absolute discretion, vary, amend or cancel the Competition due to events outside of our control. 
20.All entries become the property of AFG.  The entrant grants AFG a non-exclusive perpetual worldwide licence to use and exploit all intellectual property rights (including, without limitation copyright) and consents to AFG doing (or omitting to do) any acts in respect of the entry which may otherwise constitute an infringement of an entrant's moral rights.  For the avoidance of doubt, we may use all or part of the entry for promotional, marketing or publicity purposes for no fee.  The entrant warrants to AFG that the entry does not infringe any rights of any third party and indemnifies AFG for any loss, damage, cost or expense arising from the entrant's breach of this warranty. 
21.By entering the Competition the entrant consents to AFG using their name and entry (or any part of the entry) for any commercial purposes of AFG or any AFG mortgage brokers.
22.We are not liable for any cost, expense, loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of entry in the Competition or taking the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
23.AFG collects personal information in order to conduct the Competition and provide the prize.  We may need to disclose your information to our associates, contractors and service providers, who may be overseas.  Our Privacy Policy contains information about how you can access your personal information and request corrections or complain. 
24.Failure by us to enforce any of our rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
