Wondering whether anyone else has had issues submitting online entries to TL!
I tried for the first time today and got the message that my UNIQUE CODE had already been submitted.
On double checking, the code was exactly as it was printed in the magazine.
Maybe the codes are not as unique as we are lead to believe? Maybe someone gets the answers online and uses  a code from the newsagents mags  to enter without having to buy the mag? In other words cheating!
What is happening? Anyone else have problems?

I haven't had that issue - my only one was no code, so after emailing them and getting no response I just sent the entry in with a note.  Maybe start with emailing them or calling their competition line - good luck.

This has happened to a few people as well as magazines without a code number or too blurred to read (printing errors).
You can certainly send them a message on the Facebook page as I've done so to report spammers etc while others have been asked by That's Life to message their details there to get a new code.
They have also given codes via phone and email and have been very prompt.
If you can't see the message box at top have you Liked and subscribed?
