Terms and Condition of Entry - Mt Romance $500 Shopping Spree Competition
1. To enter you must visit the Mt Romance retail establishment in Albany WA and make a purchase of $70 or more on product only and complete the entry form (including ticking the box confirming you will join the Mt Romance Rewards Club and agreeing to these terms and conditions). Only one entry is permitted per person. Incomplete or illegible entries will be void. Mt Romance is not responsible for any lost entries. 2. Employees and their immediate families of Mt Romance and its related entities are not eligible to enter. 3. The competition commences at 09.00 WST on 1 March 2016 and concludes at 23.59 WST on 30 April 2016. 4. The winning entry will be drawn at 11.00 WST on 2 May 2016 at Mt Romance, 2 Down Rd Albany WA 6330. The first eligible entry drawn will be the winner. The winner will be notified by email or telephone. The prize voucher will be posted to the postal address provided. The result of the draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 5. In the event that the winner is unable to be contacted, Mt Romance will retain the prize for one month from the date of the draw. If any prize is not claimed after this time, Mt Romance may, in its sole discretion, retain the prize or draw another winner for the unclaimed prize. 6. All entries become the property of Mt Romance and, if you tick the box on the entry form, your details will be entered into a database for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes. The winner’s first name, initial of last name and state/country of residence may be published. Mt Romance collects various personal information to provide services to you, for marketing, promotional or publicity purposes and to provide you with information about the services offered by Mt Romance. Mt Romance may disclose personal information about you to its related entities, contractors and agents to assist in conducting the competition. If personal information you provide is incomplete or inaccurate, Mt Romance may be unable to provide you with the services you are seeking. More detailed information about how you can access and ask for correction of that information, how you can complain about privacy-related matters and how we respond to complaints, can be found in our Privacy Policy by contacting us or visiting our website. 7. Mt Romance has the right to modify or suspend the competition subject to the approval of gaming authorities, where required. 8. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use the prize as stated. The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or other goods or services. If the prize is unavailable for any reason, Mt Romance reserves the right to offer a substitute prize of equivalent value. The prize value is the recommended retail value in Australian Dollars and includes GST. The value of the prize was correct at the time of printing. Mt Romance accepts no responsibility for any variation in the prize value. 9. Mt Romance and its related entities will not be liable for any loss (including consequential loss) or damages (including damage to property or person) which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with or arising out of this competition or the promotion of the competition, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law). 10.
