Entrants and their companion/s must be 18 years of age or over.

Web Entry:
(a) During the Promotion Period, commercials will air across the Station inviting entrants to visit the Moreton Bay Region Industry and Tourism website during the Promotion Period and locate the Nova Boy logo (see Challenge Details). The entrant will then be directed to the Station website where they must fully complete the online entry form in the manner required, including by providing their full
name, date of birth, residential address, contact telephone number, current and valid email address, mention on which section of the Moreton Bay Region Industry and Tourism website they found the Nova Boy logo, and by agreeing to these Terms of Entry.
(b) All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be placed into the corresponding Draw, as set out below under Draw Details.
(c) Entrants will also be asked at the time of entry if they would like to receive further information from Moreton Bay Region Industry and Tourism, and if an entrant selects “yes” (via opt in tick box) when completing the online entry form their contact details will be passed on to Moreton Bay Region Industry and Tourism (including for the purposes of direct marketing via email and SMS). Entrants may at any time unsubscribe from communications from Moreton Bay Region Industry and Tourism by following the unsubscribe procedure contained in Moreton Bay Region Industry and Tourism communications sent to subscribers.

Entrants may submit as many entries as they wish, in as many Draws as they wish, however each entry must be submitted via a separate online entry form and must independently comply with these Terms of Entry.
For the avoidance of doubt, entrants may only win one (1) prize during the entire Promotion Period.

(a) Entrants must visit the Moreton Bay Region Industry and Tourism website (http://www.visitmoretonbayregion.com.au/) and locate the Nova Boy logo hidden on one of the section pages.
(b) Entrants can then click on the logo and will be taken directly to the Station website where they will be able to enter as detailed in Web Entry above.
(c) Every valid entry received during the Draw period that correctly mentions the location of the Nova Boy location will be placed in the corresponding draw (see Draw Details).
(d) The location of the Nova Boy logo will change per each Draw period.

Tickets are valid for the date or period as indicated on the tickets. Tickets are subject to the conditions stipulated by the provider of the tickets.
The venue reserves the right to refuse any person entry into the venue, including, but not limited to, those who appear drunk or intoxicated.
Dress standards apply (at the discretion of the venue).
The Promoter will not be liable and takes no responsibility for any refusal of entry by the venue of any person for any reason.
Responsible service of alcohol laws will be strictly enforced.

The unclaimed prize draw will be conducted between 4:00PM AEST and 5:00PM AEST on Friday 6th May 2016 at the Promoter’s premises.

Prizes will be available for collection by the winners from the Promoter’s premises. The Promoter will contact the winners when their prize is ready for collection.
